Close your eyes.

Find a comfortable seat.

Maybe you're laying down.

First just take a moment to relish what happens when you close down your eyes.

You have a moment to see inside.

Perhaps you'd like to place your left hand over your heart space and your right hand on your lower belly.

Take a deep breath into your lower belly so that it rises.

Again,

Just like that.

Big inhale in.

Slow exhale out.

One more big inhale deep into your belly.

First we'll do our physical body scanning through starting at the top of your head,

Looking down,

Seeing if there's any areas that are tapping on your shoulder.

Nothing to do at this moment other than just take note and let that part of you know that you heard it.

Now take a moment to do a mental scan.

What are the qualities of your thoughts right now?

Not judging them just noticing them from a distance.

Perhaps they have a pattern to them or a texture or color.

Maybe it just feels like a type of energy.

Just noticing that.

Lastly,

Taking a scan of your spiritual body.

The part of you that is connected to the divine.

Notice that part.

Is it closed off?

Is it hard to find?

Is it vibrant and connected?

Again,

No judgment just noticing.

Breathe into that.

Breathe that out.

Taking a moment to show so much gratitude for yourself for showing up today.

To recalibrate,

To find the calm.

The calm that is your true nature.

We are our essence we are calm and witnessing,

Not reactive.

The parts of us that is reactive.

Part of us that is chaotic.

Part of us that we label as bad.

Is also part of us.

But it serves a different purpose.

It serves a different purpose to show us where we need to listen.

To where we need to support ourselves.

To where we need to focus our attention.

So as we continue on our journey,

Where do you need to focus your attention?

And tapping into that inner strength of calm,

That true essence of you and your spirit.

Breathe into that calm.

Breathe out.

Imagine a beautiful white golden light,

A beam of sorts that goes right through the crown of your head all the way through your body.

Comes out your feet.

Connecting you not only to the beautiful earth below,

But the divine above.

You are that conduit between heaven and earth.

And inside that beam of light you have that calm.

So as you breathe,

Imagine every time you inhale,

You're inhaling up through the earth's energy,

Breathing up that beam of light that goes through the crown of your head.

And as you exhale,

You're breathing down that divine golden light,

Going down that same beam straight through your body and through your feet.

And that pattern continues,

Breathing in earth,

Up through your crown and breathing out divine through your feet.

Continue here for a few moments.

Feel your body light up with tingles and recalibrating to the sense of calm.

Two more breaths here,

Breathe in all of the earth's beautiful energy straight through your body up your crown of their head.

And breathe out the divine going through your body and out through the soles of your feet.

One more like that,

Breathe in.

Breathing out.

Knowing that you can come back to this place of calm that is yours within you.

You can slowly begin to bring your breath back to your physical body here now.

Can do that by deepening your breath.

Breathing in.

And now bring some movement into your fingers,

Wiggling your toes.

Maybe rolling your head from side to side.

Slowly blinking open your eyes.

You are calm.
