Good morning.
Are you ready to start a new fresh day?
Take a moment before you even settle in or as you settle into relish in the fact that you woke up today.
Sometimes we take that miraculous gift of living one more day for granted.
Regardless of your emotions,
Your mental state,
Or where you're at right now,
You are physically alive.
So as you begin this morning and prepare for your day at work,
Find yourself a comfortable seat.
Maybe you're laying down.
Just really find a position that's comfortable for you to embark in this journey of a handful of minutes.
And as you get there,
Begin to close down your eyes if that's good for you.
Maybe a soft gaze.
And as you do that,
You automatically turn inward.
And then let's start with three cleansing big deep breaths,
Clearing out some of that sleepy air that we've had throughout the night.
So breathing in through your nose,
Fill your lungs,
And then slow long exhale out.
Do more like that,
Breathe in deep cleansing air,
Cleansing your body.
Exhaling out slowly.
This last breath waking you up,
Morning fresh air,
Inhale.
Slow long exhale out.
And then as you're here,
Just notice is there something that could make you maybe 5% more comfortable?
Just that now.
And then settle in and kind of commit to stillness.
Just notice what comes up in your brain as I say commit to stillness and just notice how we react to that.
No right,
No wrong,
No judgment.
So allowing your body to just be and your breath to just be.
I'll begin to say some words to you.
Maybe you can call them affirmations or mantras or just positive words.
And you can repeat them to yourself silently or out loud.
Whatever is right for you.
I am rested.
I am grateful for another day.
I am energized.
Today is going to be a wonderful day.
I am focused at work.
I let things go when they come up at work.
I see and hear things going on around me at work and I remain centered within.
I am so smart.
I am valued.
My work is recognized.
I have a healthy relationship to my job.
I am confident in my career.
I know my worth in my job.
I invite levity into my day.
I know my value.
Invite in any other words for yourself that you need to hear today.
I'll give you a few moments to repeat some of the ones that you heard or say anything to yourself that feels right.
And as you know,
You'll begin your day after this meditation.
I guess continue on your morning.
And may you have all of the strength,
All of the focus,
Productivity,
All of the ease and joy,
Creativity and healthy boundaries,
Connection,
Gratitude for the job you have to help you flow authentically throughout your day at work.
With that,
You can maybe bring your left hand up to your heart space if that feels good and breathe into that space in your heart.
Just breathe yourself in some love.
Breathe out slowly.
One more time,
Breathe in love right into your heart.
Let it go.
And last time wrap your heart in so much love as you breathe in and let it go.
And slowly coming back with your eyes when you're ready and barking on another beautiful day.
