Begin to find a seat.

This is a meditation for you to deepen into nature.

So perhaps you are outside,

And if not,

That's okay too.

We'll allow our minds to wander to a place outside of the four walls that you are in.

So find a comfortable seat.

Maybe you're on a park bench.

Maybe you're on the grass or the sand or the soil or in a chair,

Or maybe you're even laying down.

Wherever you are,

Find a place that you'd like to be to connect.

And if you're comfortable,

Begin to close down your eyes.

Just notice as you do that,

How closing down your eyes can just allow for an automatic focus inwards.

And slowly begin to deepen your breath.

So really focus on breathing in through your nose.

Breathe deep into the depths of your belly.

And then slow,

Long exhale out.

Let's do two more just like that.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

One more intentional,

Deep breath in and slow exhale.

Allow your breath to breathe you.

Kind of let go of the trying.

And just notice how it feels to be supported by the beneath you and bringing into your awareness this element of earth,

The mass.

As human beings,

It is your literal foundation of life.

And perhaps you want to place one of your palms gently on top of the earth or the ground or the floor that you're on and just connect into that energy.

And as you breathe in,

Imagine that powerful,

Grounding,

Nourishing earth energy come into and fill up your body.

Breathe in and breathe out.

You can imagine it as an exchange if you want.

Receiving and giving back to the earth with every breath.

Breathe in earth and give back to the earth.

Breathe in this earth energy.

Feel it swirl within you and give back life to the earth.

Ah,

Stay here for a few more rounds of breath.

And as your body swirls with this incredible,

Supportive,

Nourishing energy of the earth,

May you sense those qualities within yourself.

Knowing that no matter what's going on in your day,

You always have earth element as a partner on your side.

Now we'll transfer to focusing on the element of fire.

Such a warming,

Transformational element.

I'm tapping into that element right now where you are.

Perhaps you can feel the sun beaming down on your beautiful face.

Maybe the sunbeams are kissing your skin.

And if you can't quite sense that,

And if you can't quite sense the warmth and the fire from the outside,

Focus in on your own internal fire.

Can also picture the sunbeams in your mind's eye and begin to breathe in the element of fire.

Breathing in transformation,

Drive,

Power.

Breathing out all of that back into the element of fire.

Receiving as you inhale and giving back as you exhale.

This beautiful exchange with the element of fire.

Knowing how each one of these elements are so imperative to your life.

We need every single one to survive.

Continue with this breath exchange of receiving from fire and giving back to fire for a few moments.

Giving so many things to this incredible,

Transformational element of fire.

The drive and the ambition and the qualities that it offers and gives to you every single day.

As we now travel on and tap into the beautiful,

Nourishing element of water.

And whether you're outside in the wilderness or inside,

How can we tap into the element of water?

Can you sense the water droplets that are nourishing the soil beneath you all the way down to the core of the earth?

Can you picture the clouds or the fog above your head in the sky?

These life-giving elements.

And then breathing in some amazing qualities that water offers us.

The first one is life.

Breathe in life and breathe out life back to water.

Breathe in purification and breathe out purification.

Breathe in beautiful emotions and breathe out the flow of emotions.

Staying with the quality of water,

Breathing those qualities in and giving those qualities back to the incredible water element for a few moments.

Feeling such deep reverence for the element of water.

Seeing it not only within nature,

But within your own body as part of nature.

And lastly,

We will travel and dance with the beautiful,

Whimsical element of air.

Can you feel the air on your skin?

Maybe blowing through your hair or across your face.

Or maybe noticing how still the air is with you right now in this moment.

And picturing how trees dance with the wind and how grasses flow in the wind.

Begin to breathe in some of those amazing qualities of air.

Breathing in this quality of building strength.

And giving that back.

This quality of creativity,

Breathing in and giving it back.

This quality of the unknown,

Giving it back.

And any other qualities of air that come to your mind.

Allow these next few moments to dance.

With air and a beautiful reciprocation of receiving and giving.

Giving so much gratitude to the invisible element.

One that also gives us life.

That is vital for everyone.

Breathing that in and breathing that out.

For this next moment,

If you're outside or even in,

I invite you to slowly bring your eyes to maybe a half gaze.

Just a soft gaze to take in your surroundings.

And just notice all four elements alive within your surroundings.

Where do you see earth?

Where do you feel fire?

Where do you know there is water?

Where do you sense the air?

And giving a moment to internally nod and bow to all four of these incredible elements.

Honoring them and seeing them and each and everything within yourself and your surroundings every day.

For without even one of them,

We wouldn't be here.

And if it feels good to you,

You can bring your hands in a prayer at your heart center.

And I like to just gently bow my head in deep reverence to this earth.

To these elements that are miraculous.

Thank you.

Thank you.
