This guided meditation is meant for highly sensitive/empaths to release others energy and emotions. This is great for those who feel bogged down energetically or emotionally and want to release. As an HSP, it's so important we're cleansing our energy daily to support our emotional and spiritual health.

Find a comfortable seat.

Maybe you're laying down.

Begin to close down your eyes if that's good for you right now.

As you close down your eyes,

May you just sigh in relief.

Take a moment to place your hand over your tender heart space.

Just notice what that physical connection evokes within you.

Just taking one moment before we begin to acknowledge your wisdom.

To acknowledge the strengths in your sensitivity.

To acknowledge your huge heart and the absolute capacity that you have for others.

So often we forget that having heightened sense of emotions and awareness of others' well-being,

We forget that it's a gift.

But when you can learn to work with your gift,

You'll get closer to seeing the beauty and how it can work with you and not against.

So you can place your hand by your lap if that feels good or somewhere where you'd like it to be.

Take you on a little guided visualization to help you empty out of other people's emotions as an empath,

As a highly sensitive,

Amazing being.

It's so important to release daily from the emotions that we're holding on that are not ours.

So to begin this journey,

We'll begin to imagine you have a grounding chord that starts at the base of your spine.

And it attaches to you in a way that feels so safe and so comfortable.

Just notice what this looks like to you.

The texture.

And as you notice this grounding chord,

It begins to grow down into the earth like roots of a tree.

But it keeps going down all the way down through the layers of our majestic planet.

All the way down to the core of the earth.

And it attaches to the core of the earth.

And as soon as it does that,

You feel something shift.

You feel grounded.

You feel centered.

It's like a tool here to support you every single day.

And this grounding chord will change or can change every time you do this.

Just notice how it's attached securely to you at the root of your spine and attaches securely to the root in the center of the earth.

And then as that's attached,

You start to see with your mind's eye and realize that it's almost like a drain,

Sink.

Everyone else's energy that's floating within your body,

Maybe there's textures to them,

Or colors or patterns.

You notice that their energy begins to drain down your grounding chord and you watch it drain all the way down to the center of the earth where the beautiful planet Mama Earth transmutes that energy.

And you watch as from the tip of your head all the way down to your fingertips and your toes any type of energy that is not yours,

Or negative,

Challenging,

Seeming to just drain away.

And continue watching this process within your own body until you feel completely clear of this energy.

And if there's some that doesn't seem to want to go or maybe a little stuck,

That's okay too.

Just notice.

And then begin to notice how you feel with your body cleared out of those foreign energies that are not you,

Your essence.

How do you feel?

You feel lighter?

Do you feel peaceful?

Do you feel still?

And then begin to clear out your aura.

So your aura in its natural state is about two feet all the way around your body.

It's about your arms distance.

And you can put your arm out to the side but begin to kind of push out or call back in your aura bubble.

It's about two feet,

Maybe two and a half feet all the way around you from side to side,

Top to bottom,

Front to back.

Imagine your body right now surrounded by your aura bubble.

It's important to continue daily to also adjust your aura bubble because when it's too close to us,

You can feel people's energies even more.

If it's too far out,

We can be kind of seeping out our energy.

So that's why we readjust our aura.

And then notice at the bottom of your aura bubble,

It's talking right into your grounding cord,

Sealed tight.

And once it's sealed,

It begins to drain any foreign energy that's in your aura field right now.

Notice maybe that this has the same quality,

Color,

Texture,

Pattern,

Or something completely different but it still has that same quality of draining down your grounding cord and watching it drain all the way down to the center of the earth where Mama Earth transmutes it.

And continue watching until your entire aura field within your aura bubble is clear.

And notice how it feels to be completely in your energy alone in its purest form.

And then we'll want to replenish your energy.

So begin to imagine a golden ball of sun about three feet above the crown of your head.

It's a giant beautiful golden sun.

And bring to mind a quality or a few qualities that you would like to have in your day today.

It's love,

Peace,

Happiness,

Success,

Joy,

Whatever that quality or those qualities are.

Begin to focus your energy on infusing that beautiful golden sun with those qualities.

And as you focus on that sun and are infusing it with that quality or qualities,

You notice how it begins to beam brighter and sparkle even more.

Once that's complete,

You bring your finger all the way up to reach the bottom of that sun and kind of prick it with your finger and see how it begins to drip out this beautiful golden honey-like substance of this amazing energetic qualities you just infused it with.

And it drips through the crown of your head over your face and your neck,

Brain to your collarbones all the way down your arms and your fingertips to your chest,

Coating all of your beautiful life organs to your hips,

Thighs,

Your knees,

Your lower legs all the way down to your ankles to your toes.

And then it begins to fill your aura bubble all the way to the top or all the way to the bottom depending on how you went.

And notice how do you feel.

There's no right.

There's no wrong.

No judgment on how you feel.

Simply notice.

Begin to come back to some of your breath awareness and as you're maybe placing your hand back on your beautiful tender heart.

May I remind you of how powerful you are.

You have the beautiful gift of an outpouring heart.

You have a beautiful gift of being able to sense what others need.

You have a beautiful gift of healing.

You have an incredible beautiful heart.

This practice can help you to support that beautiful heart of yours and your emotional well being.

Being an empath.

It's important.

It's so important to regularly release.

This is a fantastic practice especially if you've never done any energy clearing or protection for your dear sensitive self! It's very validating too. For some reason it ends rather suddenly but it's very lovely!
