Hello beautiful people,
Welcome back to another guided meditation.
So in this meditation we're going to be working on the third eye,
Opening up the third eye center.
We'll split the meditation up into three parts.
The first part,
You'll need to be comfortable in sitting,
Hopefully on a nice soft cushion,
First it's going to be about seven and a half minutes long.
And what we're going to do in the first section is we're going to rotate our eyes,
Our eyeballs,
Clockwise around and around and around.
So what you'll do is you'll look up,
Look to the side,
Look to the bottom,
Look to the other side,
Look up again,
And keep rotating your eyes clockwise until the music stops.
So the drumming will start off slowly and you just follow the drumbeat and as the drumming gets faster,
Keep your eyes going faster too.
Just keep the momentum up and keep it going up.
It won't make you dizzy if you're sitting down,
But it's the first part of actually loosening up the mind and getting the mind free from the eye centers.
The next portion will be lighting a candle and staring at the candle.
It's best to have the candle up at eye level and just stare at the candle as the music plays.
The music that we'll be playing will be the pitch associated with the third eye center,
Therefore helping you to open it up.
And then the last portion,
So in the last portion you're just going to lie down on a yoga mat,
Get a soft pillow behind your head and lie on the floor where you're comfortable.
I like to spread my arms out and close my fingers and close any energy losing gaps that might occur.
So just lie there and be the watcher and watch what happens.
Just keep your eyes closed.
After all that work on the third eye,
Just tell yourself,
I want to see.
I want to see what's past the throat chakra.
I want to see the next level.
Allow me to see that.
Allow me to experience that.
Because if you ask existence kindly,
Existence may just open the door for you.
If you're ready,
If you've raised enough energy and you're ready to see what's out there and what's beyond the throat chakra,
So get yourselves ready.
This is going to be fun.
I'm sure you'll all enjoy it and I hope we all benefit very much from it.

Remember the first part is rotating your eyes.

Self and sit down and,
And just concentrate on the eyes going in circles.
Remember then the second,
The second portion will be staring at the candle and the third portion will be lying down.
