The Matrix Part 2 Is This A Dream?

The Matrix, what is it? In real life, how do we know if we are dreaming? when you are dreaming you sometimes don't know you are dreaming you feel at the time it is real. Let's see how this plot rides out in the new Matrix movie. So grab a drink and sit back and enjoy a cookie.

Welcome back to the second part of Escaping the Matrix. And I know you're as excited as I am about the new movie coming out, Matrix Resurrection. So it's going to be an interesting film because I think we're going deeper into the human psyche and realizing that dreams can have multi layers to them. I don't know for sure, But the advertisements have been leading up to this feeling of mine that there's going to be dreams within dreams within dreams. I don't know if you've ever had a dream that had many layers to it. I did one time. I actually was dreaming and the dream kept getting more intense and more intense and it kept going into different layers and deeper layers. And about, I guess, I don't know how long I've been asleep, But in that dream I decided to sit and meditate. And as I sat there in my dream and started meditating in my dream, I was whipped through all these layers of consciousness or unconsciousness, I guess you could call it. And while bam, Bam, Bam, I could see all these layers and all of a sudden I was awake again and I was just sitting there going, Whoa, What just happened? So anyway, Yeah, So it's going to be very interesting. And we don't know if Morpheus is going to be a blue pill or a red pill in this series yet. That's up to debate. I say that because the word Morpheus actually means the god of sleep. And that makes it very interesting because, You know, Maybe the whole first three Matrix movies were all in a different layer of sleep, A different layer of dreaming. It could be, We don't know. So that's going to be a good one for us to discover. I mean, Have you not had times where you didn't know you were dreaming? Where you felt like it was so real that you couldn't tell the difference between reality and the dream? I mean, There's thought out there that says that a lot of times when we dream, We're transported into other dimensions. And that's another whole ballgame to think about. But it could possibly be true that there are dreams that take you to other dimensions. And I feel like as you're falling asleep, You can slip through certain dimensions as you're falling asleep, As you're becoming unconscious. I know that because it happens to me and I can actually meditate and fall asleep meditating and you can see yourself and feel yourself shifting through these different dimensions. It'd be interesting if science could come up with a way to measure and record what happens to you when you're shifting from one dimension to another as you're falling asleep. I mean, Like I said, There's likelihood that spirits exist in another dimension and maybe they were in that other dimension. You know, God says to them, Okay, You want a blue pill or a red pill? And they have to make a choice. And maybe if they chose the red pill, They're put into this existence here and now. And it's interesting to think about that too, Because as babies, It's said that babies can see auras. Babies see colors as they really are. They see energy around everything. I don't know if it's been proven, But somehow I think they have done studies where they've proven that babies can see things that we can't see. They just don't have the clouded mind to destroy all those colors. But then something happens in life and we shift from this vibrant center of awareness as a baby into that of a child and into the mind. And we start functioning from the mind center. And then it's not the child's fault, But it's rushed into education to develop the mind in these pristine moments where everything could be fragile. I mean, Who knows what would happen to a child if we just left them alone and never tried to educate them and let them develop naturally? Maybe they would stay living basically outside of the matrix into the real. I mean, Who knows what the world would be like if it would be a different world if everybody was centered in your real center and not pulled off that center and into your mind center. So how do you know if you're living in the matrix? That's a good question. I mean, Everything around you you see, It seems real. Everything seems like it's not an illusion. So what do the mystics mean when they say everything you see is an illusion? What it is basically is you can't see what that plant or that tree or that human being really looks like. You can only see like 10% of what that person really is. A Buddha would tell you that once you become enlightened, Then you can see everything. You're actually, In a way, Welcomed back into the Garden of Eden, Where everything is vibrant and everything is beautiful. I mean, Basically you give Satan back that apple and say, I think I'll just stay here. Once you become enlightened, You shift from the mind center to the real center, The center of your being. And it's not until that point that you realize that you've been living in an illusory world, That everything you've seen was basically a fraction of what it really is. And I don't want to try to give it away and describe it, But basically what I'm saying is if you know God, If you're one with God and you're not two anymore, Like the drop falls into the ocean and the ocean falls into the drop and they become one again, And then the drop re-emerges. But when the drop re-emerges, There's something more to the drop because it knows now the essence of the whole ocean. And it's said that basically that one drop could be God on this earth, God living as a human being on this earth, An enlightened person, You could say. So I mean, All this makes you wonder, Why is it you're in the matrix? Now that we've described that the matrix is basically a dream world where we feel separated and we don't know God. So we're living in this existence of our own doing. We can't blame it on our parents, We can't blame it on our grandparents. They just did what their parents did and they just did what their parents did and they handed it down. But I feel that we're all being controlled in a certain way, Controlled so that we will fight wars for people or controlled so that we don't wreak havoc in this world and there's mad chaos everywhere. So maybe the powers that be feel like there's a need to keep us at bay and keep us subdued and living off of our mind center. This is speculation, But it's probably pretty close to the truth. In the movie The Resurrections, It's interesting because I think that Neo is back into the matrix somehow. He was reinserted back into the matrix and he's living this dream reality, Maybe where he's very rich and successful and everything. And I think the more wealth you have, The richer you think you are, The more intense the dream is. I mean, Who wants to give up a dream when you've got everything? Like when you're supposedly super happy, When everything is given to you and you're powerful and rich. That's a dream that a lot of people don't want to wake up from. If your chains were made of gold, You'd probably become attached to those chains and you probably wouldn't want to be freed. But you haven't never tasted freedom yet. Once you taste freedom, Then you will never want to go back to the chains. Religion, In a sense, Is a set of chains that are tying you down to a certain theology. Theology basically is the freedom of getting rid of all binding, All chains, So you can be liberated, You can be free. And the real is not a desert and it's not a cave that everybody lives in and doesn't enjoy the sunshine. The real is just, I don't want to spoil it for you, But it's so much more than you could ever imagine. And that's the beauty of it, Is it is so much more than you could ever imagine. So anyway, We'll see what happens in this movie. And I think we'll all enjoy the movie, Even though it may have several plot twists and may be different than any other Matrix movie, I think it will be enjoyable for everybody.
