Inhale from the bottom of your belly this time.
Fill up,
Expand.
Exhale,
Let that go.
Last,
Biggest,
Deepest breath here of your day or month,
Your year.
Inhale from the bottoms of your feet,
Up your legs,
Your torso.
Inhale,
Inhale.
Hold at the top.
Inhale,
5% more.
Exhale,
Let something go.
Now in this moment,
When we seek clarity,
When we seek answers,
Oftentimes our mind is racing.
Now in this moment,
My friend,
Can you imagine in your mind's eye just like a river in front of you,
Your mind is moving as quickly as this water is flowing,
Rushing,
Thrashing,
Bubbling these words,
These thoughts,
These question marks in your mind,
Pushing their way through the rock,
Grinding down the earth on each side of this river,
These question marks.
These words,
These uncertainties within you.
My friend,
And as you witness this rushing,
Thrashing water,
You realize that in order to get to your answer,
You must slow down these thoughts.
Thoughts.
In order to arrive in clarity,
My friend,
You must slow down this river.
And so as you begin to slow your thoughts by 20%,
This river,
My friend,
In front of you,
It too starts to slow by 40%.
60% now,
This river starts to calm.
You notice that rather than a thrashing,
There is a flow happening here.
You start to see more clearly into the depths of the waters.
Those dark corners don't look so dark anymore.
By 80%,
Your thoughts are slowing.
This river is flowing beautifully now in front of you.
100%.
Your thoughts,
My friend,
Have come to a halt and this river has softened.
It is moving gently now in a beautiful flow and in a way as such that when you look down and through it,
You can actually see each thought,
Each word,
Each sentence that had been stuck in the corners of your mind,
In your being,
In your soul.
And right here,
Right now,
You can actually see them.
And my friends,
As you witness these words,
You start to notice that some begin to sink to the bottom.
Those words,
Those question marks of uncertainty,
The ones where you were questioning yourself,
They sink down,
Down to a place where you cannot see or feel them anymore because those thoughts,
My friend,
They are not serving you.
But the ones that stay,
The ones that float to the surface,
You start to see clearly now.
Now,
With this question that you have,
The clarity that you're seeking,
Ask yourself here,
What is it that I need to hear?
What do I need to hear?
Allow these words to float up to the surface.
Here in front of you.
If your mind starts to wander,
My friend,
Notice how the river starts to thrash again.
Can you bring it back,
Back to this flow,
Back to this moment right here,
Right now with this question for just you,
What do you need to hear?
As you witness those words floating to the surface,
Can you start to feel that within you now?

Biggest,
Deepest one,

Really fill up with those words,
This clarity here.

In this next moment,
My friend,
Can you ask yourself one more question?
Can you ask yourself,
How do you want to feel?
Not how do you feel right now,
How do you want to feel?
My friend,
Not every moment in this life will be perfect.
That would be boring.
But you get to come back to the choice,
How do you want to feel?
My friend,
Allow this feeling to guide your clarity,
To release those question marks,
And know that this feeling is always,
Always here to guide you.

Take a deep inhale breath into that feeling now.

Perhaps you feel the coolness of this river on your body,
On your being.
As you inhale,
Feel that rushing water within you,
Inside of you,
Flowing this feeling into your body,
Into your being,

Biggest,
Deepest one here,
My friend.
Inhale,
Really fill up.
Allow that river to flow through you,
Into your being,
Your body.
Inhale,

Stay with this feeling,
Stay with this clarity.
You know the way,
My friend,
You already know.
Notice how this river is flowing and so are you.
Slowly come back,
My friend,
This moment,
This body,
This being,
This you.
