Thank you for taking part in this meditation.

To start this meditation,

Please be seated comfortably,

Preferably in upright position,

With your back not leaning against anything.

And close your eyes,

Starting now.

Now is a time for focus and decompression,

Allowing us to clear our mind.

Just take a deep breath in right now.

Hold it,

And take a deep breath out.

As you're breathing in and out,

Feel your mind clearing.

See your mind like a bowl filled with candy,

And a hand reaches in that candy bowl and is taking all the candy out of the bowl.

As you breathe in and out,

Until that bowl is empty,

Breathe in,

The hand goes in,

Breathe out,

The hand takes out.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

It doesn't matter what happened during the day.

It is not us anymore.

It is another version of us.

The only version of us is right here and right now,

Breathing and decompressing.

We had a great day today because we say so,

And our day tomorrow will be even greater,

Even more exciting,

And even more brilliant.

We just continue to breathe and decompress,

Letting go of all the emotions of the day,

Letting go of whatever happened to us during the day.

We relax and we release it back to Mother Earth,

Allowing her to cleanse it,

Allowing her to reinvent us and reinvigorate us into a positive,

Powerful person who is ready and excited for the next day ahead of us.

Just continue to breathe.
