Today we're going to be going over some tips on how to get into a deeper meditation.

I know some people struggle to maybe hit that next level of deep meditation,

And today we're going to be going over exactly what to do.

Let me know if these tips help you out.

Number one,

Make sure you're in a space that you're comfortable with.

Whether you're outside or inside,

Just allow yourself to be comfortable in the space.

You don't need too many distractions around you.

Whether you can hear a lot of things if that's distracting to you,

Or whether you're in a room and you can hear other people talking in the next room,

Being outside,

Wherever you need to be to allow yourself to just be comfortable,

Clear your mind,

Close your eyes,

And ascend into that next level.

That's where you need to be,

Wherever makes you comfortable.

It's different for different people.

Me personally,

I like to meditate in all different environments,

Whether it's outside,

Inside,

In certain rooms.

I put out a certain level of positivity when I'm meditating,

And I let that marinate in my environment until I'm completely calm and my mind is free.

Tip number two,

Try out different times of the day when meditating.

Some people prefer morning meditations.

Some people prefer evening.

Some people prefer nighttime meditations.

Me personally,

I prefer all three,

But some people are more attuned,

And everyone really is more attuned and can reach a different level of meditation,

Depending on the time of day.

So I would just try and meditate multiple times a day,

And then wait and see until you can get that level of meditation,

Whether it's in the morning,

If it doesn't work out,

Try early afternoon.

If that doesn't work out,

Try maybe another three,

Four hours early evening,

And then try nighttime.

Let's continue to try out different things,

Because it's all in your mind and your imagination.

It's all up to you,

Whatever you're attuned to.

Another tip,

Tip number three,

Try meditating with a different person,

Or even better,

A group of people.

Some people may not feel comfortable meditating with groups of people,

And that's fine.

You can work your way into this.

Get a couple people you're comfortable with,

Maybe a significant other,

Maybe a family member,

Someone you're really close with,

And try out a meditation.

Your energies together will boost you and will boost your meditation,

And you will be able to be attuned to different higher-level frequencies,

Because you already are in a familiar pattern with that person's energy,

You already feel love for that person that you're with.

This boosts your meditation even more.

It clears your mind even more,

Knowing that you're safe,

You're doing something in a group activity,

And it will take your meditation to the next level.

Tip number four,

Keep your posture upright and straight the entire time.

I encourage people to do this,

But again,

If you feel comfortable laying down,

Or maybe you can't keep your posture straight,

Do whatever feels comfortable.

But I encourage people to keep their posture upright and straight when they meditate,

Because whenever you're doing this,

You're subliminally sending a message to your body and your subconscious mind that you are doing something serious.

You're sending a message to your body that you're about to do something that you care about,

Something serious,

Something within a great intention.

It's all about clearing your subliminal mind and the intention.

It doesn't matter if your back may start aching or if you feel uncomfortable.

It's good,

And your body will realign itself the more you do it.

So the more you practice and keep your body upright and up straight,

The better you'll feel in your meditations,

And you'll be able to clear your mind,

And you'll be able to sit here in perfect meditation,

In perfect harmony for hours on end,

And your body will be stronger.

You will feel as you're walking throughout the day that,

Wow,

My posture feels great right now.

I feel more light.

I feel enlightened.

I feel great.

So if you can,

Practice keeping your posture upright,

Sending that message to your body and your mind that you are taking this seriously,

And you're about to perform something incredible.

That right there automatically will get you in the mood to meditate.

Tip number five,

Breathing.

This is one of the most important tips that I can give,

And I use this tip whenever I'm doing a meditation,

Creating a meditation,

Or listening to a meditation.

This tip is very important to me.

Use whatever permission slip you'd like,

But this is important.

If I'm breathing,

You can either take a deep breath in through your nose,

Or you could start by taking a deep breath in through your mouth,

Clearing your nasal passage and allowing your mouth and your airways to be unobstructed.

A deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Practice that right now a few times.

Breathe in with me,

And out.

Each breath you take,

Allow yourself to slip a little deeper,

A little deeper into the meditation,

Allowing all thoughts to go,

Allowing everything that happened during the day to wash away.

It is no longer you anymore.

Breathe in again.

Allow it to slip away as you exhale.

Calm.

A calm mind and a calm spirit.

And now you are ready to meditate.

So when I start a Han meditation's meditation,

I hit play,

And I breathe just like that as the intro goes through.

And I allow myself to get into a rhythm,

A rhythm of the now.

Breathing and breathing,

Clearing my mind,

Letting whatever thoughts come,

Come.

And whatever thoughts go,

Go.

Meditation tip number six.

Journal.

Journaling and writing down your meditation experiences or downloads of information that you get while you're meditating is very important.

This allows you to remember what happened during your meditation and allows you to remember more and more as you continue to meditate.

So journaling is very important,

Very important.

I personally journal almost every single day.

Whether I'm writing down mantras,

Writing down information,

Or just letting out whatever happened during the day.

Journaling is very important.

Which brings me to tip number seven.

Repeating a mantra while you meditate.

I am grateful I am healthy.

I am grateful I am healthy.

I am grateful I am healthy.

I am grateful I am healthy.

I am divine.

I am divine.

Whatever mantra you choose to repeat,

Repeating it over and over will clear and block out all thoughts that are unwanted in your mind.

But remember,

You are not your mind and you are not your thoughts.

You are something much,

Much more.

An infinite being.

So repeat these mantras over and over and allow them to clear your mind.

Absolutely.

Tip number eight,

Reading a book.

Reading a book expands your mind and expands your definitions in your brain.

Allowing you to think farther,

Vaster,

More improved thoughts because you didn't even realize what was possible before you read the book.

So it expands your consciousness.

Therefore,

Expanding your awareness.

One of the books I recommend is by Dolores Cannon,

The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth.

This is a book I've read in its entirety and it's a very incredible read and a good book that will expand your mind,

Expand your definitions and question what reality truly is.

I highly recommend this book and I highly recommend you to continue reading and expanding your mind and your consciousness.

Doing all of these tips will definitely increase the deepness and the depth of your meditations.

Please continue to meditate daily.

Continue to explore,

To be excited and follow your excitements in your dreams.

Please let me know if these tips helped and what you want to see next.

Thank you so much.
