Once you have settled in,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in,
And as you exhale,
Release any tension or distractions that may be lingering in your mind.
Take a long,
Deep inhale and a long,
Slow exhale.
Allow your breath to flow naturally,
Becoming the gentle guide that leads you to your inner peace.
With each inhalation,
Draw in a sense of calm and serenity,
And with each exhalation,
Release any tensions or distractions that may hinder your journey.
Notice how your breath effortlessly connects you to the present moment.

Or the coolness of a refreshing breeze against your face.
Allow yourself to fully embrace these sensations,
Connecting deeply with the physical experience of summer.
As you explore your sense of smell,
Take a deep breath in.
Notice the fragrances carried by the air.
Inhale the sweet scent of blooming flowers,
The earthy aroma of freshly cut grass,
Or the subtle hint of salt in the ocean breeze.
Let each inhalation awaken your sense of smell,
