In this practice,

We will enter a place of deep relaxation and inner peace,

Find a comfortable position,

Either seated or lying down,

And gently close your eyes.

Begin to deepen your breath,

Allowing each inhale to be full and nourishing,

And each exhale to be slow and steady.

Feel the expansion of your chest as you draw in the rejuvenating air,

And notice how the release of each breath carries away any remaining tension or distractions.

Inhale deeply,

And exhale slowly and gently.

Now,

Envision yourself standing on a pristine sandy beach,

Where the soft grains gently massage your feet.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin,

As its golden rays envelop you in a comforting embrace.

Take a moment to soak in the beauty of this serene coastal paradise,
