Release and let go with the full moon - The full moon is a powerful beacon to help release and let go of what no longer serves you. Take this time to ground, let go and realign with what you're hoping to call in this lunar cycle. Happy full moon!

Hello and welcome to this meditation.

Happy full moon.

I know the full moon can sometimes be a time of unsettled energy,

Emotions,

Running high,

Sleepless nights.

So instead I'm going to guide you through a very grounding and relaxing meditation in the hope of helping you harness the full moon's power to your advantage and letting go of anything that's no longer serving you to hopefully make this full moon a beautiful experience for you.

So when you're ready you can set up a space if you choose to.

You can have a journal nearby,

You can have crystals,

You can be by a window or outside.

Or if you're just feeling nice and casual today you can just be here.

That's important as it is.

So when you're ready you can take a seat or lay down,

Getting comfortable,

Shaking out any last movements.

So in a deep breath you can close down your eyes if that feels good today.

Starting a deep,

Long,

Steady breath.

With each exhale feeling yourself,

Drop a little bit deeper into the support beneath you.

With each exhale allowing your body to relax,

Letting any tension or worries from the day or what's to come,

Letting them just fall away for now.

This next little time is just for you.

So as I said we'll begin with a grounding practice just to get you deep into your body.

So starting from the top of your head,

I'm here to imagine a warm light travelling down your head,

Your face,

Relaxing your brow,

Your jaw,

Your face in any way that's holding tension.

This light travels down your neck and your shoulders,

Once again releasing any tension as you breathe.

Use your breath to help the light travel down your arms,

Down your hands.

Your chest,

Your stomach.

Let this light continue to travel down and like warm honey,

It lets everything melt in its path,

Relaxing you even deeper.

And down your thighs,

Your calves,

All the way down to your feet.

Keep breathing deeply,

Sinking into this feeling of softness,

Of gentleness,

Of warmth.

If your mind travels at any point,

Just gently bring it back to your body.

Continue to breathe deeply,

Taking note of if any tension creeps back into your body and just releasing it again.

From this state,

Give yourself permission to let go of anything that is no longer serving you at this time.

You don't have to consciously know what it is,

Just give yourself permission to let it go,

To surrender it to the full moon.

Realizing that what is releasing is not serving you in your highest good.

Once you've given yourself permission,

Begin to assign this letting go to your breath.

So as you breathe in,

You'll breathe in light from the full moon.

Imagine bringing this light in through your body,

Imagine it flushing through your entire system.

And as you exhale,

Let it release anything that isn't serving you.

You can envision this release as maybe a shadow,

Or maybe it drips from you.

Whatever your mind thinks up is perfect.

And if you're not much of a visualizer,

That is okay.

You've given the intense for things to release and that will work just as well.

So continue this process of breathing in the full moon,

Breathing in the power,

The light,

Letting it wash through your entire body,

Making you glow.

And as you exhale,

Let anything that is not serving you release from your body.

Surrender it to the full moon and trust that you will deal with whatever needs to be dealt with.

If you have any conscious things you'd like to let go of,

You are welcome to name them here as well.

Maybe you want to let go of any people,

Relationships,

Friendships,

Any patterns or habits that are not supporting your highest good anymore,

Any situations in your life,

Any energies in your space.

I'll give you some time here for you to name anything that you would like to let go of.

Once again,

If you don't have anything that's okay,

Trust that you'll release whatever needs to be released.

If your mind's drifted away,

If it's gotten stuck in anything,

Gently bring it back to your breath,

Taking deep breaths as well as keeping an eye out for any tension that's crept into your body and letting that fall away as you exhale.

And finally picking up any last things you'd like to release.

One last time,

Breathing in the light of the full moon,

Breathing it deep and holding it for a moment,

Letting it charge up as the light rushes through your body.

And as you exhale,

Let out a sigh,

Some sort of sound as you release the last of what is no longer serving you,

Let it go.

Beautiful.

And just rest for a moment,

Letting your breath return to a natural rhythm.

Still envisioning yourself encased in a white light and the moon's power,

The moon's light,

You're glowing still.

And from this space,

You can bring to mind what your intentions were for the month if you set any,

Once again coming back to any manifestations or intentions,

Feeling into them,

Feeling if they still align with your desires.

If you hadn't set any intentions or manifestations for the month,

You're welcome to make one up now,

Feel into what you desire in this moment.

And feel it power up,

Feel it charge up in the full moon's lights,

Amplifying this desire and bringing it to you quicker than you could have imagined.

As you think of this manifestation of this intention,

Be sure to feel it with all of your senses,

Feeling like it already exists in your field now.

Feel it ripple through your body as if it is already yours.

And on your next exhale,

You can let it go,

Trusting that it is coming to you in divine timing when it is meant for you,

Exactly when it is meant for you.

Now that you're a clear channel and you've released anything that is not serving you any longer,

It is a clear channel,

A clear path for these manifestations,

These intentions to come through to you.

Now you can stay here for as long as you like bathing in the full moon,

But if you're ready to come back,

You can begin to make any small movements with your fingers or your toes,

Rolling your neck,

Nodding your head from side to side,

Rolling your shoulders.

Begin to make these moves bigger,

Maybe you have a deep stretch,

Coming back to this time,

To this moment.

You can listen for the sounds around you.

As you're ready,

You can open up your eyes,

Look around and for a moment just be grateful for what's around you,

Anything of beauty around you,

Just be grateful.
