Good morning! This morning manifestation practice is designed to guide you into an elevated and inspired state to help start your day on the right foot. You'll use all your senses to call in whatever it is that you desire, and cultivate trust through the small steps you can take today to draw your desire a little closer.

Hello and welcome to your morning manifestation practice.

This 10 minute practice is designed to guide you into a more elevated state to help bring whatever it is that you most desire to closer.

As you are ready you can take a seat either cross legged or laying down and if it feels good for you today you can close down your eyes otherwise just let them rest on a point in front of you.

Once you are settled we will start by taking a few deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Each exhale sinking a little bit deeper into the couch or the bed or the floor beneath you.

On your next exhale you can begin to think about something that you would like to bring into your life.

It can be something you want to bring into your life today or in the next few months or years whatever at this time lights your soul up.

What is it that you deeply want,

Deeply desire in this moment?

I want you to bring that to mind and with it I want you to feel the emotion that makes you think of this thing maybe it's joy,

Excitement,

Laughter.

Attach a higher emotion to this situation and feel it and see it,

Experience it with your five senses.

This thing that you are trying to manifest what does it look like?

What does it feel like?

What does it smell like?

What do you hear?

What do you see?

Feel all of it.

Any emotions come through with that happy tears again laughter anything feel it,

Feel it with your full body you can move,

You can wiggle,

You can throw your arms in the air,

Dance a little bit whatever makes you feel this feeling in every cell of your body.

Make yourself believe that you're in it in this moment right now like it's already yours.

You're experiencing it right now feel it,

Embrace it.

Now,

Still holding on.

That thing,

That emotion,

Those emotions.

This elevated state think what can you do today to help bring this closer even if it's the smallest of things even if the biggest of things just at least one thing that will bring it closer to you.

Trusting that this one thing this group of things that you can do today trusting that it is guiding you straight to what you want.

You are on the path you were there it's just step by step day by day.

Trusting that this thing is yours it is already yours.

You see experiencing life until it comes to you.

So embrace it embrace every moment grateful for all these moments leading up to it the journey leading up to it.

Now once again take some deep breaths again in through the nose out through the mouth embodying this ideal emotion that's accompanying your desire.

As you exhale imagine it extending further through your body through your fields lighting up the room around you so you're swimming in this energy this ecstatic state this higher state of being.

Continue to breathe continue to feel into it.

As you exhale again let it settle returning back to a normal breath whatever that looks like for you in this moment.

You might feel buzzing you might feel the energy pulsing through you might feel nothing on or whatever is there in this moment.

Now what do you think of an intention for your day today whatever comes to you first hold on to that let it sink in.

What is your intention for this day?

As you breathe let it sink in let it be heard felt.

Now as you're ready you can begin to wiggle your fingers and toes take any movements maybe a stretch any movements that feel good you begin to run your hands along your body bring yourself back to this moment again this present moment remembering that what you went into today was a snapshot and it will be yours.

But coming back to the moment that is now as you're ready you can blink open your eyes and I hope you have a beautiful day.
