5-Minute Swoosh Reboot
We now are going to enter into this Swoosh 5-Minute Reboot,
Where we're going to pretend
we are practicing basketball,
And as we do so,
We will be grounding,
Connecting with
the Earth,
And clearing our systems to focus on direction.
Take three deep breaths,
And imagine you are decked out wearing your favorite workout
clothes,
Wearing your favorite shoes all slicked up and ready for action on the court.
You have a brand new basketball at your side.
Lift that basketball,
And smell the fresh rubber.
Take it all in,
And breathe out.
Today the court is open and empty,
And you are ready to shine.
You are going out into the court and hitting your mark.
Imagine the basket as a goal,
And feel how you can land that ball so sweetly that all
you hear is the swoosh of the net.
See the basket and be with it.
This is what you want to achieve,
What you want in your life.
Bring that basket visually all the way down to your creative center,
And hold it inside
of you.
Just take a moment to be with the energy and light within you as you imagine you physically
accomplish your goal.
Breathe in and out,
Seeing and feeling the achievement of what you desire as you start
to warm up your body and dribble the ball.
Yes,
The ball is at the perfect pressure.
Everything is flowing smoothly.
Now when you are ready,
Stop.
Bring the basket to your mind's eye.
Look at it,
Bring the ball up,
Pointing toward the basket,
And shoot.
Let the ball fly.
Did you make this basket?
If you did,
Yes.
If not,
We've got more magic up our sleeves.
Go ahead and retrieve that ball.
Dribble,
And when ready,
Go to a place on the court that seems just a little bit challenging
to you.
Find that spot,
Stop,
And as you lift the ball,
Feel down deep into your toes,
And down
into the earth.
Feel your creative juices reach down deep,
And then feel the pulse of energy that comes
back up.
You spring up,
Directing your attention to the basketball hoop.
You raise your hand,
And you direct the ball right through it,
Swoosh,
Just net.
As you gather the ball,
Imagine how you feel as if your goal is completed.
Dribble around the court,
And once again,
Find another spot that you feel is a little
bit challenging.
Come to your stop,
And feel your energy extend down into the earth,
And the support of the
earth saying,
Yes,
I hear you,
I am here with you,
We will do this.
Feel the light come back up your body as you make the shot.
You look at the basket,
Lift your arms,
Pointing,
And release,
Swoosh.
Imagine your goal finished.
Do this again,
You are getting the hang of this,
Find the challenging spot.
Imagine the basket as you bring your energy down,
And feel the energy come back up through
your body,
Swoosh.
Always directing your aim,
Good,
Bend your knees slightly when you send the energy down.
You are increasing this energy spark within you through this motion.
You are directing your aim,
You are seeing yourself already there,
The goal accomplished.
You are enjoying the process.
Perfect,
Take one last shot,
And come back to the bench,
Feeling satisfied with your
work.
You played it out,
You gave it your all,
You kept your focus,
And felt the support of the
earth backing you up.
Take three deep breaths,
Feeling your satisfaction,
And enter your day with this new pattern established.
