Welcome to the 5-minute Story Alchemy Reboot.
In this exercise,
We will explore a new approach to quickly transform personal conflict.
Begin by taking three deep breaths.
Feel grounded as you breathe,
Extending your energetic sensation down beyond your tailbone
And feet deep into the earth.
Feel the connection and stability,
Your spine supported,
Your body comfortable and relaxed.
Now with the next slow,
Deep breath,
Imagine the energy from the top of your head extending
Up and connecting to an energetic reservoir of light.
Bring your attention back to the center of your body and be present.
During this exercise,
We will be using the statement,
And that is perfect.
This statement is a signal for any conflict or resistance to stop and become deactivated.
It says all is being seen,
Acknowledged,
And cared for.
Feel the resonance of the statement,
And that is perfect.
Take three deep,
Powerful breaths,
And in your mind's eye,
Visualize the conflict or
Challenging situation you are currently facing.
See it as a story,
A story you have adopted and supported.
This is your experience of the situation,
Not a fixed reality.
See it without judgment or editing.
Focus on this story and watch it play out,
But don't get pulled in.
You will describe your perspective or side of the story in just a few sentences,
And
We will be with each individual sentence as you state them.
You will simply talk about the facts,
Your feelings,
Or any actions you took or didn't
Take.
This isn't the full story.
Start with one sentence,
And say it out loud now.
Follow it with the statement,
And that is perfect.
Say it out loud a few times if need be.
Take a deep breath and be open to any energy shifts or realizations.
Say the next sentence of your story,
And again follow it by,
And that is perfect.
Breathe deeply to allow any insights or light to surface.
Notice how there is no need to defend.
You do not even have to make sense of or tell the whole story.
Allow anything that wishes to fall away,
To fall away.
Feel the loving,
Supportive nature of this process.
You are here.
You are held.
You are seen,
Known,
And loved.
Continue to the last sentence of your story,
And finish it with the statement,
And that
Is perfect.
Take a deep breath and feel the energy shift toward a new understanding.
You are listening deeply to yourself,
Allowing things that were perhaps hidden to come forward.
As this reboot comes to a close,
Choose to either invite this new perspective into your
Heart or gently release it to the earth,
Allowing the alchemy process to continue.
Take three deep breaths and commit to taking action immediately.
The movement will assist in even further energetic clarification.
Bring the love and support of the phrase,
And that is perfect,
Into your day,
Knowing
That you have the power to choose peace and love.
