And they feel secure and safe.
Why?
Because you are here.
You are one of the superheroes.
Breathe deeply and be with you as a superhero.
When you are looking in the mirror,
You are wearing your most kick-ass superhero outfit
And you feel great in it.
What do you look like?
Pay attention to the details.
Now remember back to when you found your superhero powers.
Your story starts with what you thought was a weakness.
Look back into the story and see this weakness.
And now see how you discovered your superpowers,
And suddenly your weakness became a strength.
Take the time,
Breathe deeply,
And allow the story to arise.
How were your skills developed and used?
Watch yourself transform all the way to who you are today.
A confident,
Adaptable superhero,
Ready at any moment.
Open and watch carefully.
You are uncovering information deep within you.
Now breathe deeply as you imagine yourself using one of your superpowers.
