Exercise: Before you start looking for solutions to any form of stress or suffering blamed on the world around you, come to a complete stop, and remember the first and most important place to look...is within. Why? Because your willingness to remain in the light of that awareness -- regardless of what is revealed within it -- is allowing that Living Light to not just show you perfect order, but empower you to enter into it.
