I have arrived.
I am home.
Home that can be seen but you can feel.
Home that seems far far away yet so close that home is your world.
So for the next few moments put a pause on the outside world and tap in your inner world.
We will start with connecting with our breath.
After you find your most comfortable position for this practice,
Find the location of your breath in your body.
Find its rhythm.
It might be in your belly,
Your ribs,
Your chest or your nostrils.
Simply become aware of your breath without changing anything.
Finding your breath is like coming home after a busy day.
You just want to sit,
Relax and do nothing for a bit.
Isn't that one of the most beautiful things in life?
Now using your out breath to release and let go of any thoughts,
Visuals and memories.
Bringing back all the awareness in this moment by focusing on your breath.
If you find it hard to stay with your breath,
Become aware of the sounds around you without getting lost in the story.
Sometimes it's easier to pay attention to what is going on around us than within us.
So without any judgment,
Bathe in the experience of the sound.
Now bringing your awareness on your body,
Noticing any part of your body,
Touching the space beneath you.
Awareness on your feet,
Your legs,
Awareness on your pelvic region,
Awareness on your arms and hands,
Awareness on your shoulders,
Awareness on your face.
Now moving your awareness on your breath,
Notice your belly expanding and contracting with each breathing cycle.
Now before each in-breath,
We are going to repeat,
I have arrived.
After each out-breath,
We are repeating,
I am home.
I have arrived.
I am home.
I have arrived.
I am home.
I have arrived.
I am home.
I have arrived.
I am home.
I have arrived.
I am home.
Now take a moment to sit in this ocean of tranquility.
Stay here as long as you want.
Either you were able to completely tap into your body,
Or you were going in and out.
You did a great job.
So enjoy this very moment,
And I will see you again.
Peace in,
Peace out.
