We will start with observing our thoughts without judgment or involvement. Allowing us to slowly relax back into the state of mindful presence. Finding our stable core where we can shine from a never-ending loving awareness upon our experience. For participants new on the channel, this is a relaxing mindfulness meditation so feel free to lay down if you want to. If you need take a warm blanket around yourself so you can be most comfortable and ready to go towards a blissful state.
