Welcome to meditation session 32.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself,
I want you to rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Into a nice and relaxed state.
You have now set off this time to do meditation.
And that means that you don't need to do anything.
You don't need to think anything.
You don't need to plan anything.
And you don't need to remember anything.
This is time for you to just be in this moment.
Sometimes your mind is still presenting thoughts to you.
But you don't need to answer.
You can just allow the thoughts to be presented and then let them go again.
Just coming back over and over again to your center.
This moment.
Just staying with your experience.
Just staying with your experience.
Going into this non-judgment mentality of observing.
Fully seeing the experience.
Just seeing.
Just receiving the experience.
Just seeing.
Slowing down.
Relaxing down.
Making space.
And filling up this space with present awareness.

Maybe you are observing some shifts in your being.
Or maybe you are just relaxing deeply.
Taking some time to allow yourself to find back to your center,
Your core.
Finding freedom,
Wisdom and loving awareness.

As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness,
For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
