Today we will practice open awareness meditation, I will guide you to awaken your presence and then we let our focus free. Allowing the focus to go wherever it wants and we follow with our curious and non-judging presence. When doing this practice it becomes easier for us to see our needs and what is going on inside us, and we can switch over to become our calm, observant self and reconnect to our wisdom. Feel free to lay down in this meditation. Relax and Enjoy.

Welcome to meditation session 52.

Before we start let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

And say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else.

Breathe out and relax.

Getting to a nice and relaxed state.

No need to rush towards relaxement.

Just being present with what happens to your body and mind when you take this moment to fall into meditation.

Becoming present of this moment.

What sound do you hear?

What temperature is your body?

What different sensations is there in your different body parts?

What colour is your breath?

If you let your focus free,

Where does it go today?

Where does it go now?

Where does it go now?

Maybe it settles in some sensation in the body.

Or maybe it settles in some thought.

Or some emotion.

Maybe it settles in some thought.

Not directing your focus to any special point.

Just allowing it to go wherever it wants.

And you just follow with your presence.

And witnessing.

Allowing your focus to be free.

And you to be here and relaxing in this moment with no special resistance,

No special desire.

Just coming back to your basic state of just observing.

Recharging your batteries,

Your presence.
