Welcome to Meditation Session 21.
Before we start,
Let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.
Landing into the stillness of just being in this moment.
Letting your body come to a rest and allowing your mind to settle down.
Inviting your presence to fill up the space.
Allow yourself to come closer to this moment.
Observing as it unfolds second by second.
Allowing yourself to just experience whatever is here without no need to label,
Without no need to judge,
Without no need to change or interact.
Just letting any sensations that is here be here.
Letting any feelings that is here be here.
Letting any thoughts that is here to pass through your conscious mind.
As you focus on just relaxing into this moment of being here and now.
No need to control.
No need to force.
No need to resist.
Just allowing yourself to let go and just be here.
Hearing the sounds of this meditation.
Hearing the sounds of my voice.
Letting your body and your breath as it slows down.
And drifting to a nice and relaxed state.
Allowing yourself to be here.
Allowing yourself to drop into a curious,
Conscious observer.
Just seeing the moment and experience.
Just as it is.
And as you slowly drop into this state.
You can feel your mind relax.
And the more your mind relax,
The more your body can relax.
And the more your body relax,
The more your mind can let go.
And just be here and now.
Relaxing in this moment.
And letting yourself go.
As you allow yourself to step into more calm and rested mind.
You can open up to seeing life more and more as an adventure.
You're here to live instead of a problem to solve.
You can allow yourself to feel life as an adventure.
Being curious about what will come next.
What turn will life take next?
What good things will life bring?
As you're here to receive them.
Allowing yourself to let go a little bit more of the struggle.
Tapping in a little bit deeper to the pleasure and enjoyment of being alive.
Tapping in a little bit more to the enjoyment of being present and relaxed.
Both inside the meditations and in your daily life.
Allowing yourself to be more and more here and now.
Making it a little bit easier to slide through life.
Seeing the events with clarity.
Religious activity and actions and enjoying.
Gently,
Gently begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.
For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed this gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again.
Getting it ready to continue the refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
