Welcome to meditation session 17.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
You can use your own words so follow along this.
Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,
Clarity and recharging.
Now I am doing meditation.
Very good.
Then we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Getting to a nice and relaxed state.
As you continue to focus on relaxing,
Letting yourself settle in.
Becoming aware of what is in your experience right now.
Just observing what is there.
What sensations are in your body at the moment?
Which part are tense and which part are relaxed?
Is there any part that is cold or any part that is warm?
And letting everything be just as it is.
Just observing.
Not the information is reaching your observing mind.
How is it to just be alive right now?
Is there any emotions?
And still no need to change.
Just observing.
Just being aware.
Just being aware.
Are your body slowing down?
Are your thoughts slowing down?
Are your mind slowing down,
Down into this natural state of just being,
Observing as the moment unfolds?
What is the ball being there's no need for kaleidiever?
Stay in this calmness,
In this awareness,
In this observing.
In this kept dream of the present.
Just being in the calmness,
Recharging,
Gaining focus,
Gaining clarity,
Observing your state,
Observing your mood.
No need to change.
No need to judge it as good or bad.
Just as it is.
Allowing yourself to be just as you are.
Just in this moment.

Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
