In this meditation, we train our brain to feel relaxed pleasure without needing anything else except our focus. We will focus on just finding the pleasure in the body, if you dont feel comftable with this focus point I recommend you to start with another meditation first. Before you start find a place where you can be undisturbed during the time of the practice. You can lay down and if you want to, take a blanket over yourself and be ready to relax.
