Welcome to meditation session number seven.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
If there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.
You can use your own words or follow along this.
Now I allow myself to set out the world aside and use this time for gaining focus,
Clarity and recharging.
Now I am doing meditation.
Very good.
And we are ready.
Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Into a nice and relaxed state.
You hear my voice.
You hear the sounds of the meditation.
You feel your breath.
You feel your body.
And here you can just allow yourself to enjoy the relaxation from this meditation fully.
The more you relax the more enjoyment you feel.
The more you enjoy the more you relax.
You can allow yourself to enjoy just as much as you feel that you want to.
You may choose to let my words be of your focus.
Or you may choose to let my words be in the background.
And you just focus on enjoying and relaxing just as much as you want right now.
Maybe you want yourself to go just a little bit deeper this time.
And see if you can enjoy a little bit more.
Can you enjoy double as much?
Can you double that enjoyment in the next breath?
And next time you breathe out make a sound of enjoyment.
Breathe in.
And can you double it again in the next breath?
You can enjoy just being.
It's good for you to enjoy just being.
It's good for you to enjoy just breathing.

You can say yes to feeling more calm.
More energized both inside of this meditation and in your everyday life.
And allow yourself to slide through life more easily.

Allow yourself to easier let go.
And to just enjoy being.
