Welcome to meditation practice.

Before we start,

Let's do our preparations.

Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.

See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.

Then let your body come to a rest.

Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Very good.

Then we are ready.

Take a deep breath in.

Let go of everything else,

Breathe out and relax into a nice and relaxed state.

Nothing you need to do in this moment.

All your life is on pause.

Right now.

Right here.

Just allowing yourself to be.

Nothing you need to figure out,

Nothing you need to remember,

Nothing you need to change.

We are allowing in this calm,

Loving presence into our being,

Allowing this presence to observe anything that is in this moment right now.

Maybe a sensation in the body,

Feeling your body parts relaxing,

Feeling your breath gently moving your body,

Allowing this presence to stay with your body,

Staying with the sensation of your body,

Caressing it,

Caring for it,

Being with it,

Calming it down,

Maybe even enjoying this moment of feeling into your body,

Relaxing and enjoying.

And anytime there is a thought,

Cognitive processing,

Popping up in our mind,

Maybe even tempting us to be carried away into stories or thoughts,

We can just observe it.

Still from the place of our relaxed,

Calm observer and just seeing these thoughts tempting us.

But we may just say,

Later.

Right now we are spending this time in meditation.

All thoughts can wait.

And it's very good for you to spend this time in meditation,

Allowing you to wash your mind,

Cleanse and balance your presence,

Allowing this to spread out into your future,

To your whole day,

Into your week.

And the best thing is,

That the only thing you need to do,

Is to just be here,

And enjoy this lovely relaxation.

Gently,

Gently begin to come back again.

As you slowly come back,

More and more,

Be aware of the sensations in your body.

How does it feel to be here,

And now?

Before you rejoin your day,

Take a few deep breaths,

And fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness,

For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.

When you are energized and refreshed,

This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.

And now,

Come back and be aware of your surroundings again,

And get ready to continue your day refreshed,

Focused and relaxed.
