Welcome to meditation session 29.
Before we start let's do our preparations.
Find a position that supports your body and allow your mind to relax.
See if there is any more corrections you can do to your position.
Then let your body come to a rest.
Then say to yourself your intention with this meditation.

Take a deep breath in.
Let go of everything else.
Breathe out and relax.
Into a nice and relaxed state.
Awareness of this moment.
Observing your body and your mind as it relaxes into this natural state of just being in this moment.
Allowing yourself to tune into this meditation and letting go of everything else outside.
Allowing yourself to rest and be here.
Recharging your focus and expanding your awareness of the moment.
Let go of any doing.
The only thing we are doing is observing the moment as it is.
Allowing the body and the mind to come to a rest as we are observing.
Feeling,
Seeing,
Hearing any experience coming and going.
Taking in the sensory experience of your body.
How does your body feel?
How does your breath feel?
How does the temperature feel like?
Is there any emotion in the body?
How does it feel now when you relax?
What is happening in your mind?
Is there any thoughts?
Any struggles?
Any worries?
Plans?
Memories?
No need to interact.
Just let it in its own pace.
Settle down and relax.
We are not resisting the flow of thoughts.
We are simply not feeling it anymore energy.
Instead putting the focus on observing awareness.
As we do that the thoughts can slowly and in its own pace come to a stillness.
As we over and over coming back to observe the moment and observing the awareness itself.
Observing the consciousness.
Observing the observer.
Observing the awareness.
Allowing the awareness to grow and fill up the space.
That's why we call it mindfulness.
As the mind is full of awareness.
As we are filled up of a presence.
We are here.
We are here.
We are home.
Not an autopilot.
The consciousness is here.
Feeling up in this being.
Moving through life as a conscious being.
Taking decisions from awareness.
From a calm and focused pace.
And then we have arrived at our destination.
The destination of this moment.
Our present awareness have landed inside our being.

Begin to come back again.
As you slowly come back more and more,
Be aware of the sensations in your body.
How does it feel to be here and now?
Before you rejoin your day,
Take a few deep breaths and fill yourself up with gratitude and thankfulness.
For that you have taken this time to recharge and energize yourself.
When you are energized and refreshed,
This gives positive vibrations to your relationships and to your life.
And now come back and be aware of your surroundings again and get ready to continue your day refreshed,
Focused and relaxed.
