Sometimes life gets heavy and it's a chore just to get out of bed in the mornings. I designed this guided track to be like a loving friend who comes over to help you do just that. Movement, energy healing, and beautiful ocean waves will welcome you into this new day with ease. You got this!!

Transcript

Good morning,

Good morning.

I know firsthand how hard it is sometimes to get out of bed,

Especially when there's a lot going on,

Or sometimes even when there's nothing going on,

And I just have no motivation.

So we're going to immediately just bring some movement into the body.

I want you to rock the head over to the right,

Right ear to right shoulder,

Breathing deep,

Deep breaths.

Rock the head to the left,

Left ear to left shoulder.

I want you to breathe those breaths so we can flush the body with fresh life force energy.

Good.

Bring the knees into the chest,

Give yourself a big squeeze,

Open up that spine,

Deep breaths,

Flooding the body with that life force,

Releasing any stagnancy from sleep.

Cover yourself from the blankets,

And I want you to just lift up your feet so they're facing the ceiling.

I'll let some of that blood come back into the main parts of the body,

Breathing deeply,

Maybe even extending the arms up too,

So you look like a little bug,

And now just start to shake the limbs out.

Shake,

Shake,

Shake,

Shake,

Shake,

Shake,

Shake,

Good,

Good,

Breathe,

Shaking that stagnancy,

Good.

Okay,

You can drop all of the limbs,

And I want you to turn over on your hands and knees in like a tabletop position,

Come on,

Go ahead,

So that I can reach your back here,

I'm going to just send some fresh life force into the back of your body,

Sending some reiki energy,

Receiving that,

Turn around if you haven't already,

Let's go,

On your hands and knees,

Not on your belly.

Okay,

Good.

And now just sitting up onto your knees,

Okay,

Sitting up,

You can do it,

And then rolling the head side to side,

Rolling the shoulders up and back,

Tilt the chin up so we open up the chest,

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

And I want you to place your hands over your heart for a moment and just welcome in this new day,

I know,

I know sometimes it's a lot,

But honey,

You are meant to be here,

You have a purpose today,

And I just pray that the God most high in your life sends the right people to be in front of you so that you can be a vessel to change someone's day,

To smile at strangers,

To do something that brings you joy,

That lifts your heart,

You are meant to be here today,

My love,

You have to get out of bed,

You see,

There's blessings waiting for you out there,

I know,

I'm here with you,

Take a deep breath and shake it out,

My love,

And get up and out of bed and welcoming in this new day,

You've got this,
