Good morning and welcome to this grounding practice before getting out of bed.

Begin by remaining just as you are,

Warm,

Supported and resting.

Allow this moment to meet you exactly as it is in your body,

In your breath,

In this present moment.

Feel the natural weight of your body being supported beneath you,

Held without effort.

There's a quiet grounding already happening as your attention gently rests in the present moment.

Feel the inhales enter naturally and the exhales release with ease.

Allow the breath to awaken as it moves in and out of the body,

Creating a little more space,

A little more depth,

And a steady rhythm for the new day.

Now imagine a soft,

Steady light glowing in your heart,

The energy center of compassion.

This light of compassion represents your highest and most benevolent energy,

The essence of you that carries wisdom,

Clarity,

And unity.

With each inhale,

Allow this light to gently expand.

With each exhale,

Let it settle more deeply into your body.

There's no striving here,

Only attunement.

Silently acknowledge clarity and wisdom are within me.

Attuned and purified energy now radiates from your heart,

Soft,

Steady,

And calm.

Feel yourself grounded,

Present,

And aware.

With each inhale,

This light becomes more settled,

Residing like an anchor of support within you.

Now bring this gentle awareness to the day ahead,

Not the details,

Just the quality of how you wish to meet it,

Perhaps with renewal,

Perhaps with freedom.

Allow this highest and most benevolent energy to move outward,

Surrounding your aura like a calm field of presence carried with you.

This compassionate energy moves into your choices today.

It moves into your conversations and into the way that you care for yourself.

Take one slow,

Nourishing breath in and exhale out with a soft sigh.

Before you rise,

Let's repeat this mantra together.

I am present.

I am grounded.
