Welcome to Be With Melinda,

A space to breathe,

Listen,

And to come home to yourself.

We lose small pieces of ourselves every day through worry,

Overgiving,

Heartbreak,

And the noise of the world.

To call your energy home is to gather those scattered fragments of life force and welcome them back to the sanctuary of your body.

It's not about control or protection.

It's about belonging.

Belonging to your breath.

Belonging to your own light.

Belonging to the quiet presence that never leaves you.

As you breathe in and listen,

Imagine the parts of you that have been living out there,

Softly returning to your heart.

This is a homecoming,

A remembrance of wholeness,

A return to peace.

Now take a slow,

Steady breath in and let it guide you home.

Home to your heart.

No need to reach for anything.

This moment already holds you.

Feel the quiet rhythm of your breath and notice that each inhale is an invitation to return to the still,

Sacred center inside you.

Begin to notice where your energy has been stretched thin.

Moments,

People,

Or thoughts that have tugged at your attention.

It's okay.

You don't have to fix or analyze.

Just notice.

Awareness itself begins the return.

Now softly whisper to yourself,

I call my energy home.

Again,

I call my energy home from all times and places.

Let the words ripple through you like waves of light.

Feel the subtle current of life responding,

As if your soul recognizes its own name being called.

Breathe into your belly.

Feel your breath spread through your chest,

Down your spine,

Anchoring you deep into the body.

If you've given too much of yourself lately,

Let the breath remind you.

Your presence is enough.

You are allowed to rest.

You are allowed to receive.

Imagine your energy returning as soft light,

Gathering from every direction.

It moves toward you with love,

Re-entering through your crown,

Filling your heart,

Flowing into every cell.

With each breath,

You become fuller,

More you,

More alive,

And more whole.

Whisper gently,

I forgive what drained me.

I release what I no longer need.

I am restored to myself.

Let these words rest inside you.

Feel their truth settle into your nervous system,

A quiet knowing that you're home again.

Take one more deep,

Nourishing breath.

Exhale slowly.

Your body is home.

Your energy is your temple.

And you have returned to both.

Sit for a few more moments in the sweetness of your own presence.

When you're ready,

Open your eyes,

Whole,

Replenished,

And free.
