Cultivating inner peace.
Find a quiet space and a comfortable posture.
Closing your eyes gently if that's okay and begin to find that connection with your breath.
Breathing deeply and slowly.
We're going to start by picturing a serene lake.
Noticing its calm surface that's undisturbed,
Reflecting the clear blue sky.
And as you take in this tranquil lake,
Notice how each breath you take smooths out any ripples that are forming,
Bringing peace and clarity.
And imagine your mind as this tranquil lake.
Allowing each breath that you take smoothing out any ripples,
Thoughts that are coming up.
And just bringing in this feeling of peace and clarity.
Focus on the stillness within.
Feeling a sense of deep tranquility enveloping your being.
And let's meditate and reflect on Philippians 4-7.
And the peace of God which transcends all understanding will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Take a moment here to reflect on how God's peace transcends worldly concerns,
Providing a sanctuary for your heart and mind.

Today let us seek the peace that comes from God.
A peace that is beyond our understanding.
It's a divine calm that can soothe our anxious thoughts and calm our troubled hearts,
Anchoring us in the midst of life's storms.
Heavenly Father,
We pray for your peace to fill our hearts and minds today.
Help us to trust in your unfailing love and to find solace in your presence.
May your peace guide our thoughts and our actions today and every day.
Amen.
