In today's visualization meditation.
You will dedicate yourself to your future self.
You will actively connect with the future version of yourself and your future life.
For this,
Find a place where you can be completely undisturbed for the next 5-10 minutes.
Sit in a comfortable position or lie down on your back if you prefer.
Whatever feels most comfortable for you today.
And if possible,
Close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Expanding your ribcage and your diaphragm.
And then slowly let it go.
Once more,
Breathe in deeply.
And then slowly back out.
With your next inhale.
Direct your attention inwardly.
Notice the points where your body touches the floor or the chair.
And actively feel into them.
Become aware of the weight of your body.
Allowing it to sink towards the ground.
Anchoring you fondly.
Consciously notice how your chest rises and falls.
With each inhalation.
And exhalation.
And feel the expansion of your ribcage.
And your diaphragm.
Now imagine yourself.
Walking along a calm and peaceful path.
Perhaps your path leads to a forest.
Across the field.
Along the seashore.
Or through a CD.
With every stitch.
You feel more calmness.
Clarity.
And openness.
Emerging within you.
In the distance,
You notice a point where your path ends.
A threshold.
Leading to something new.
Drawing closer with each step.
Curious and interested.
You approach the threshold.
And eventually.

You step through it.
You find yourself.
In your own future life.
The life in which you fully realise your potential.
Creating and contributing.
In alignment with your life path in a way that is fulfilling and balanced.
Allow your gaze to wander.
You start to notice a large mirror.
Nearby.
You step in front of it.
And see your own reflection.
Observe yourself.
What do you look like?
When you move through life feeling fulfilled and content.
How do you carry yourself in this life?
Notice your clothing.
Your posture.
And the energy.
You pour out into the world.
Now Let your gaze move away from the mirror.
And wonder over your surroundings.
What do you see?
What is part?
Of your future life.
What occupies space in your fulfilled future?
Nothing that appears here.
Needs to make sense or be logically explainable.
Just allow everything.
To reveal itself.
Exactly as it is.
What possessions do you have in this life?
What's your daily routine?
With peoples around you.
And what actually holds priority.
How does it feel?
To be you in this life.
The person who creates from this energy.
Take a moment here.
And actively connect with that feeling.
With your next deep inhale.
Imagine anchoring this feeling.
The embodiment of this life,
Of this version of you.
Within yourself.
At the center of your being.
Feel it taking root and becoming one with you.
And now.
As you step back over the threshold.
Onto the path from which you came.
Best version of yourself.
Does not remain on the other side.
Instead.
You carried with you on your life journey.
We slowly begin to walk back along the path.
And with every step.

You are slowly returning to the here and now.
Take a few more deep breaths and gradually return.
At your own pace.
To the present moment.
Feel the contact.
Between your body and the ground.
Notice how your chest rises.
And forms.
With each breath.
And then whenever you are ready.
Slowly start to open your eyes.
