Welcome,

Beautiful souls.

Today,

We will incorporate positive affirmations into your nighttime routine to invite a sense of peace for deep relaxation and restful sleep.

Affirmations are powerful tools to focus your mind and energy on what is truly important for you in this moment,

And you have the ultimate power to choose a deeply restful sleep that will wake you up refreshed and ready to take on a wonderful new day tomorrow.

Incorporating nighttime rituals can be a wonderful tool to signal the start of your evening and give your mind permission to let go and relax fully for a deeply restful night.

Therefore,

This meditation will be most beneficial if you listen to it for the following seven days or longer.

If you feel yourself drifting off into sleep at any point,

You can just let go and let it happen.

There is no right or wrong way of doing this.

So,

Let us get started.

Lie down comfortably on your back in Shavasana,

With your feet outstretched and your arms resting gently at your sides,

Palms facing up.

With your next deep inhale,

Fill up your lungs with air,

And when you breathe out,

Let all your muscles relax and let your limbs grow heavy.

Repeat the following affirmations quietly to yourself,

And just let yourself flow wherever they might take you.

I am grateful for today.

I am grateful for my body,

And I honor it with rest.

I will have a good night's sleep and wake up well rested.

My body is ready to rest.

My mind is ready to rest.

A good night's sleep gives me the strength to overcome any doubts and fears.

I am right where I need to be.

I accomplished what I needed today.

I am worthy of relaxation and good dreams.

I give myself permission to deeply relax.

I am grateful for all the opportunities that have come my way today.

Now it's time to rest.

Tomorrow will be full of new adventures.

My sleep will restore my strength.

My bed is a safe space for me to be.

My blankets,

Sheets and mattress will support and comfort me.

I release the worries of the day and unburden my mind.

I am grateful for peaceful sleep.

I welcome sleep.

I am calm.

I am safe.

I wish you a calm and peaceful rest of your day.

Until next time,

Namaste.
