Welcome beautiful souls.
In today's light cleanse meditation we will work to cleanse the energetic body and increase clarity.
It can be used in the morning before you start your day or in the evening just before going to bed to align with your energetic body and strengthen it to ward off any unwanted disturbances to your energy while you go about your day or while you're sleeping.
To start find your way to a cross-legged position or alternatively sit in a chair with your feet rooted firmly to the ground if it feels more comfortable for you.
Once you arrive here take a deep breath in and align your head over your heart and your heart over your pelvis.
Rest your arms gently on your thighs,
Palms facing up.
Take another deep breath in and start to turn your attention inwards.
With your next full deep inhale start to visualize thick strong roots steadily growing from your center down into the ground.
With every deep breath they grow further and further towards the glowing ball of energy that sits at the center of the earth.
With your next deep inhale connect your roots to this pulsing energy center and start to feel the earth's energy flowing up,
Up and further up with every deep breath through your roots and into your own energy center at your core.
Mixing with your energy slowly filling you up energizing you and grounding you to the earth.
Continue to breathe deeply and sit with this energy for a little while longer.
With your next deep inhale imagine this earth's energy that has been building up inside you filling you up all the way to the top of your head.
Breaking free from your physical form and continuing to travel upwards through the ceiling of your room,
Through the roof of your house,
Higher and higher past our atmosphere,
Past other stars and galaxies.
Until it reaches and connects with the bright white sphere of energy at the center of our universe.
With every inhale feel this bright white energy traveling down through your channel of light washing into you from your head through your throat and abdomen all the way down to your toes.
Cleansing you and bringing with it clarity in the form of pure energy.
Keep inhaling and exhaling deeply and sit with this energy a little while longer or for as long as you would like and return whenever you feel ready.
