Welcome beautiful soul.

The following short meditation and breathwork session will focus on deep relaxation and giving your nervous system time to fully unplug and find a sense of calm.

We will work with visualization and guided breathwork to signal to your body and mind that they can now fully relax and let go.

Let's get started.

Lie down on a comfortable surface and slowly start to arrive in this present moment.

Let your feet fall hip-width apart and rest your arms gently at your sides.

Take a deep breath in and find stillness.

Without opening your eyes,

Envision the four walls of this room,

The floor and the ceiling.

Feel yourself lying right here in stillness.

With your next deep inhale visualize yourself standing at the edge of a beautiful small forest meadow.

Soft rays of sunlight are gently streaming through the canopy of leaves overhead.

It is a comfortably warm day and a soft easy wind is rustling through nearby bushes.

Birds are singing gently and a small clear stream is gurgling somewhere out of sight.

You slowly start walking towards the center of the small clearing where a few rays of sunlight are touching the soft meadow grass from right overhead.

You start to make your way to the ground and find a comfortable lying position and close your eyes.

Start to feel all the different sensations of the forest around you.

We will now start to move into our breath work technique.

So with your next deep inhale slowly count to four in the quiet of your mind,

Breathing in all the fresh scents of the forest.

Hold your breath at the top for another count of four and then slowly release the breath for a count of six.

Continue with this breathing technique in your little forest meadow and enjoy the sensations all around you and then slowly start to let go of your breathing technique and return to a simple comfortable breath.

Give yourself a little smile and thank yourself for taking the time to visit the small hideaway in your mind.

Feel the security of knowing that you can return anytime you like.

With your next deep breath in come back to your physical body.

Feel the you are lying on,

The room you are in and whenever you feel ready slowly start to open your eyes.

I wish you a calm and peaceful rest of your day.

Until next time,

Namaste.
