This meditation is aimed to liberate your mind from self-limiting beliefs.
So settle in,
Find a comfortable way of being,
Whether that's laying down,
Sitting on a chair,
Or on the ground.
Take a deep breath,
Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.
Allow yourself to relax deeper and deeper as you breathe in and out,
Finding the rhythm of your own breath.
And as you sink deeper into a state of relaxation,
Let your mind focus on your deepest desires.
Think about what you truly want in life,
What brings you joy and fulfillment,
And picture yourself living your ideal life,
Feeling happy,
Healthy,
And at peace.
And as you focus on these desires,
Let go of any doubts,
Fears,
Or limiting beliefs that might be holding you back.
Perhaps you picture all of your doubts as rocks that you're carrying inside of a bag on your back.
You feel its weight,
You notice it's pulling you down,
Making you feel heavy and tired.
Visualize yourself setting the bag down just beside you,
Feeling the weight lifted.
Your body feels light and invincible.
Even if just for this moment,
Bask in the feeling of this freedom from your fears and limiting beliefs.
In this moment,
You know fully that you're worthy of your dreams,
That you have the power to create the life that you want,
And the universe is conspiring to help you.
You may visualize yourself taking inspired action towards your goals,
Moving confidently towards your dreams.
You can see yourself surrounded by the people who support you and encourage you,
Who share your vision and believe in your potential.
Feel the excitement and the energy that comes with pursuing your passions,
Knowing that you are aligned with your highest purpose and calling,
Letting go of any distractions or negative influences,
And staying focused on what truly matters to you,
And as you breathe deeply and focus on these desires,
Remember that you are the creator of your reality.
Trust the process,
Have faith in yourself,
And know that the universe is constantly conspiring to bring your dreams to life.
Take another deep breath in through your nose,
Exhaling through your mouth,
Feeling the rhythm of your own breath here,
And feeling the sense of clarity and empowerment that comes with the meditation on your desires,
Bringing this awareness and intention through your body with your breath.
Bring the intention to stay focused on what you truly desire and what truly matters,
Taking inspired action towards the life that you want.
And in a moment of fear or limiting belief,
Remember to come back to this place that you've created today for yourself,
And take a minute to breathe and to remember who you are.
