WoW! Your droplet for me was like the kurplunk of a rock breaking still water! What a wake up. 5 years ago my Dad passed and Mom followed him 2 short years later. Until thi very moment, I have forgotten the messages my Mother spoke to me after she passed. I heard ‘I’m giving you your freedom’, ‘I’m setting you free’, ‘you are free’. I felt it, each time it happened for probably a few months and then it just stopped. Since then I have found myself daily/nightly, sometimes struggling, trying to make sense of my childhood upbringing. The anguish I carry within is overwhelming at times. I had never even considered the possibility of ‘cutting the ties that bind’ until I heard your track here this am. Thank you for putting this out there 💫 where I able to find it! I will return to this as my reinforcement. What an awakening this am. So much gratitude Dr. 🙏💛 08/06/26 and again I return and receive the wisdom of your words on another day. So much gratitude 🙏✨

Thank you! I’ve also come to understand that the less we talk about our discomforts, the more we feel better!

I found this very helpful. I’ve been thinking about how, if not actually groaning, a conversation laden with descriptions of various aches, pains or other symptoms, rarely makes me feel better, so I’ve been trying to save them to use only in clinical settings where they actually serve a purpose.
