Hello and welcome to your inner spring clean meditation.
This meditation is an opportunity for you to reflect on the past season of your life whether that's been a winter season or a summer maybe it's been the past week days months if you're feeling a call to bring you into your life to do a deep clean as we would our homes with a change of season we can also apply the same idea to our inner world our most important part of ourselves in order to show up we need to continue to clean out and let go of what no longer serves us taking time to reflect on the habits and behaviors we've picked up and maybe let go of some that aren't serving our highest good through this we make space to manifest to bring in what we truly desire in our heart so when you're ready beginning to close down your eyes and connect to your breath taking the air through the nose I'm starting to let that breath really bring you into your body today this noticing where the breath sits in the body and then allowing that breath to travel far from your nose all the way down to the lower belly and as the exhale breath naturally follows allow that breath to really bring you here bring you into this moment into this space all that really exists and how are you feeling today how is your inner world and taking a moment to really check in with yourself and deepening now and starting to reflect on the past days weeks and months of your life what season have you been in perhaps physically you've been in a winter season but maybe deeper than that you've been in a season of self-discovery of slowing down of self-love or maybe you've been in a season of hustling of working maybe too hard just noticing and reflecting what your behaviors have been like what things have you loved what things have been a bit more challenging for you and just noticing and bringing into your awareness the things that really stick out for you maybe these are your biggest struggles or your biggest wins and focusing on just three things that really stand out to you and connecting back to your breath now I want you to keep these three things in your mind's eye now out of these three things is there anything that you need to let go of and staying connected to your breath starting to deepen through the breath with each inhale I want to invite new space new breath new life into the body and on the exhale just allow all of those things that you have held on to in this past season of your life to just melt away you may like to watch them float out of your mind's eye like clouds maybe they can look like water just melting out of your awareness but staying connected to your breath your breath is your guide your little vessel to let these things go and taking as many breaths as you need starting to let the body you feel like full of fresh air new space taking three more deep breaths in and out really letting go of those things that no longer serve you to make room for those things that really honor what your heart is calling for after that third breath just sitting sitting with yourself and the space that you have created within you today just noticing any lightness that you may feel and just knowing that everything that you need is already within you you have the opportunity to let go of old habits old thoughts and to create new ones that's what we're going to begin to do so when you're ready beginning to look forward in your mind's eye to this next season this next chapter of your life in bringing to mind three things that you want to call in three things that you may want to create whether that's in business physical mental relationships just three things that you can really begin to bring to your mind and as you get clear on these three things begin to bring that feeling of already having those things into your body staying connected to your breath as you do so what would it feel like for those things to already be true for you how would you act how would you show up in this next beautiful season of your life staying connected to your breath and just noticing how good it feels to be creating your deepest desires in your inner world noticing your heartbeat noticing the breath in the body and taking three more deep breaths into whatever your desire may be feeling it and breathing it and then on the last breath letting that exhale go and allowing yourself to relax having a deep knowing that you have created that intention within yourself you've planted that seed into your subconscious mind you've sparked your imagination and whatever you can imagine in your mind can become true for you nothing is outside of yourself as you move into this new season of your life know that you have the power to create to cultivate anything that your heart desires it is your birthright to live in your truth it is your birthright to live in your dreams and just know that it's okay if things don't go exactly to plan and that this space connecting with your breath and yourself is always there for you you always have an opportunity to return home by simply closing down the eyes connecting to your breath setting a new intention and taking one foot in front of the other and slowly we're going to begin to reawaken back into our outer world so noticing the sit bones wherever you are touching the surface of the ground or whatever is touching the body and then slowly beginning to become aware of the tongue touching the roof of the mouth and then slowly bringing your awareness into your mind's eye of where you are situated in the space you are in and then when you're ready slowly beginning to wiggle the fingers and the toes and opening the eyelids feeling fresh and reawakens knowing that you have set your intention for this new season of your life thank you so much for meditating with me today I hope you have a beautiful
