Hello and welcome to your meditation practice.
This meditation is designed to cultivate the feelings of calm,
The energy of love and ultimately return to the present moment.
Through the power of our breath we will return to the present moment.
The present moment is all we have and within that moment a lot of our problems,
Our worries and our anxieties will fade away.
So if you haven't already I invite you to come to a nice comfortable seated position.
Slowly begin to close down your eyes and connect to your breath.
Give yourself permission to arrive fully here right now knowing that there is nowhere else you need to be and for the next few minutes give yourself this time to create space,
To return home,
To give back to yourself.
Deepening your inhales and your exhales now.
With every inhalation and exhalation you are arriving deeper and deeper into this moment.
Allowing all worries,
Responsibilities and thoughts to simply melt away.
You are here my dear one,
You are here.
You are so beautifully alive in this moment.
Allow all of the tension that you may be carrying in your neck,
Your face,
Your shoulders to melt away with every exhale.
Letting go and with every inhale bringing a new chance of new life,
Creating space for what's to come but most importantly this moment.
Staying connected to that breath.
I now invite you to become aware of any sounds you may hear around you right now.
Perhaps outside of the room that you are in or maybe inside.
Simply becoming aware of the sounds,
The noises but not labelling them.
Just bringing your awareness to these sounds but just letting them be.
I now invite you to let that go and bring your awareness towards your body.
Where in your body right now can you feel the air entering the most?
Perhaps you can feel the air rush through your nostrils when you breathe in and when you breathe out.
Perhaps it's in the rising and the falling of your stomach.
Wherever this place may be,
Simply bringing your awareness to it again.
Observing how this sensation feels in the body.
Not creating a story,
Simply just being.
Letting that awareness go and returning back to your deep inhales and exhales.
I now invite you to become aware of your heart beating in your chest.
Becoming aware if you can hear your actual heartbeat.
Can you feel the energy that is beaming from your heart space right now?
With every inhale and exhale connecting deeper to this space.
I want you to know how incredible you are.
I want you to know how incredible this life can be.
I want you to know that you are worthy and you are so incredibly loved.
You deserve to feel loved.
And as you stay connected to your breath and to the feeling of your heart space,
Can you feel the love that is already permeating through your being?
And now letting the breath awareness and the awareness of the heart space go and spending a few moments in stillness.
Returning home.
Creating space to simply just be.
How you are at peace,
Full of love in the present moment.
And finally,
I invite you to repeat this mantra with me right now.
I am loved.
I am worthy.
I am full of peace.
I am loved.
I am worthy.
I am full of peace.
I am loved.
I am worthy.
I am full of peace.
Letting those words wash over you and simply basking in the energy that they bring forth.
You are worthy of these moments of love,
Peace,
Clarity.
Everything you need to heal is within you.
And before we open our eyes,
I invite you to send some gratitude to your beautiful self for creating this time to return home,
To cultivate love,
To return to peace.
And then when you're ready,
Slowly begin to wiggle your fingers and open your eyes and come back into this world,
Into this room.
A calmer version of you.
A version of you that is full of love,
That is limitless.
