Hello,

This meditation is created to promote a healthy and strong sense of being in our bodies.

So no matter what you're going through,

You might be sick with the flu or you might be stressed and feel run down or maybe you just want to feel a little bit more healthy,

Whatever that may feel like for you.

This meditation is something that I do if I feel like I want to create a little bit more health within the body and lift up my immunity.

Our mind has so much power over what is happening in our bodies.

If we're constantly thinking stressed,

Worrisome thoughts about being sick or about being stressed,

Then our body will probably eventually become sick and that's normally caused by stress.

So in life and in our everyday lives,

I think it's really important to take time and slow down and place a few healthy thoughts into our brains.

So beginning the meditation in a nice seated position,

Grounding down through our sitting bones,

Making sure that we're not bunching up through our neck and our shoulders,

But letting our neck be nice and long,

The crown of our head reaching towards the ceiling.

Begin to connect to your breath.

On our inhales,

Really filling up the whole entire body with oxygen and then on our exhales,

Getting all of that residual air go,

Starting to bring some life,

Some energy into our bodies.

Now begin to deepen the breath,

Filling up the lungs as much as we can and then on our exhales,

Really letting all of that excess stress,

All of that negative energy leave your body.

On your next inhale,

I want you to visualize your inhaling health,

Your inhaling positivity and your inhaling healing,

Whatever that may look like for you,

Whatever shows up for you on your inhales,

Bring all of those emotions into your body and then on your exhales,

Can you visualize all of the negative things that no longer serve you leaving your body,

Just flowing through this on your own,

Inhaling,

Bringing all of the positivity,

All of the health,

Exhaling,

Letting all the things that don't serve you go.

Taking two more rounds of this breathing,

Deep inhales with all of that positive energy and then on our exhales,

Letting all of that go.

Now simply being with the body,

Not controlling the breath,

Become aware of how your body is feeling right now,

Maybe you're feeling nice and calm,

Maybe you are feeling a bit sick or maybe you're feeling really healthy,

Just know that however you're feeling is okay,

You don't have to feel any sort of way in particular ever in our life.

And if you do feel sick,

Just know that our bodies are so incredibly amazing and we have the power to heal.

The power comes from our mind and everything that we're putting into our bodies.

So coming back to the mind now,

We're going to place some positive,

Healthy thoughts into our brains.

So connecting back to that breath,

We're going to flow through a few mantras.

When you are on your inhale,

I want you to repeat in your mind,

I am abundantly healthy and then exhaling,

I am abundantly healthy.

Inhaling my immunity is in full force.

Exhaling my immunity is in full force.

Inhaling my body is powerful and can heal any illness that comes into it.

Exhaling my body is powerful and can heal any illness that comes into it.

Letting that go and letting those words sit within your being.

We're going to flow through one more round of mantras.

So on our inhale,

Repeating to yourself,

I am vibrantly full of energy and I feel amazing.

Exhaling I am vibrantly full of energy and I feel amazing.

Inhaling I am extremely happy and full of love.

Exhaling I am extremely happy and full of love.

Now I invite you to create your own mantra,

Whatever that may be for you,

Simply just a sentence,

It could be simply a word that serves you,

That brings you what you need.

Often it's when we're in these times of stillness that words will come into our head and we know already what we need,

We know what our body needs when we slow down.

So just taking a moment to repeat your own mantra to yourself or if you don't have a mantra that comes up for you then you can simply sit in silence or use one of the mantras that we've flowed through just before.

And now letting that go,

Simply being with the body,

Being with your being.

Simply ending the practice with a sense of gratitude for taking this time out for yourself,

For your body,

For your mind.

It's a really amazing thing that you've done this and I hope that it's left you feeling strong,

Healthy,

Vibrant,

Amazing,

All of the amazing emotions which you are so entitled and so worthy of feeling every single day.

I hope you have an amazing day and know that this meditation is here for you whenever you need it.

Thank you.
