This is a simple, brief meditation that is based on Mindfulness principals and Advaita Vedanta. This meditation is a form that uses letting go of effort as the method. Ultimately all forms of meditation will lead to an effortless awakening of higher awareness, peace and joy. By allowing everything to be as it is, you can move closer to, and into the larger dimension of your own being—the larger dimension of yourself that is always just being—joy, love and wholeness. You are pure consciousness, joy, wholeness and love—you are the lucid awareness just before your thoughts and feelings. By letting go of all effort you are more in touch with the you that is always just being and is always joyful and at peace.
