Glenda van Koot

You can live a calmer, more serene life - Glenda is living proof that it's possible. Learning to meditate was what helped her get through some of the toughest times in her life. It made such a difference that she wanted to help others who felt like she had, so in 2014 Glenda began extensive training with davidji as an Advanced Masters of Wisdom and Meditation Teacher. Since that time Glenda has broadened what she offers to both group classes and working individually with anyone who feels lost, overwhelmed or unsure of their next steps.
