Fantastic. I don't have the words to describe how beneficial this was! I've had it bookmarked for a while, my only regret is not listening sooner. Very soothing music too. About me: I have worked really hard on quitting binge eating but I still have a tendency to over eat or reach for snacks when overwhelmed.
