For those nights when you are needing extra extended support in falling asleep, this audio includes a longer initial introduction, extended body relaxation and guided imagery journey to the ocean, as well as many soothing sleep affirmations. This track is 36 minutes of guiding, and then an additional 10 minutes of sleep music and ocean waves to help you when you need extra time to wind down and drift into sleep. Sweet Dreams to you!
