So,

Journey to happiness here and now.

Means that it is here and now but I don't recognize it.

So,

Who has to recognize my intellect?

How it has to recognize the way I know you,

The way you know me?

But for this journey one has to be a seeker,

The mind and the intellect or whatever you say it has to be pure,

To be receptive.

So we are in the second chapter where the seeker is narrating the experiences after the master has taught him this is what the real self is.

So entire Eastern wisdom is the study to study myself.

To study myself means I want to know what is my true nature,

What happens when we find our real self.

So the master has taught him this real self is self-existent,

Self-luminous,

All-pervading,

Infinite reality.

So self-existent means what?

It does not depend on anything.

Means what?

My eyes has to depend on the mind to process the information,

To know,

To recognize but this real self is totally independent.

It is of the nature of the knowledge.

But who limits this?

My ego.

Where I am I am here,

Very subtly.

Where I am I am at my home.

So just recognize who is at home,

The body is at home.

But who I am,

I am not the body.

Who is talking?

Ah,

Mind along with the lips and the tongue.

Or I can say I am talking.

The moment I say I am talking this becomes an identification,

Ego,

Intellect or the mind.

Now just imagine that you are in meditation and that real self reveals itself and that ego is crushed and it perceives that,

Oh my goodness,

I am all-pervading.

I am infinite reality.

I am the real self.

Ah,

It is amazing.

So this experience took place to the seeker.

So in this verse he explains this is what happens.

Amazing.

I never thought that I am the real self,

Self-existent,

All-pervading.

Think of a wave,

A small wave realizes that wave is not a wave,

It's a water.

Just imagine the house recognizes,

No,

No worries,

It's not a small house or a mansion.

I am the infinite space.

So this is,

So the seeker is narrating the experiences,

What happened to him.

That is why I titled it happiness here in Aho,

Aham,

Namo,

Aham.

Then what happens?

Same as in you are the infinite reality,

You experience that you are all-pervading of the permanent state of happiness,

Love,

Truth and wisdom.

Now ask your mind how you are going to behave.

The same mind recognizes,

Same intellect recognizes,

Same small eye,

Ego recognizes I am all-pervading.

How that is going to respond and react.

So this is what he says,

Wonderful I am.

So what happens?

What happens?

Think of it,

Just imagine again I am the infinite reality.

What happens?

Then are you going to worship any god in the religion?

That notion breaks away.

When I am the all-pervading infinite reality then this master says,

Now I am reading this,

This is very good,

Wonderful I am,

A duration to myself.

Who is that myself?

That all-pervading one reality.

That is the ultimate goal of yoga,

Tantra,

Mantra.

Aho Aham Namo Mahiyam,

Vinashu Yasyanasthime,

Brahma Hrithamba Pariyantam,

Jagannasupiteshthata.

When I realize that I am the water not the wave,

What will happen?

The word of name and the form disappear.

That is the ultimate realization.

When I see the gold behind all the ornaments,

All the ornaments disappear.

So we all are one or many ornaments but what is that entity within us?

It is the real Self.

It is the pure consciousness and that reality is revealed when the mind moves from the mind to no mind.

When the mind moves to no mind.

So what happens when there is no mind?

It is the mind that recognizes,

You recognize me and I recognize you.

So that delusion breaks away.

What is that delusion?

That I am different than you,

You are different than me.

All barriers break away.

Who created the barrier?

Ego,

A separate identity.

That is one of the most beautiful experience.

So what he says,

Aho aham namo mahiam.

So when we are amazed with that experience,

Some people say it is out of the body experience,

It is not out of the body because the body is non-existence.

It is constantly changing.

But why we are not able to do it?

Because there is a defect or you can say there is an impurity in the intellect.

I was talking yesterday to that group.

You see,

Understand that part that you are driving a car and the road appears running behind you.

Isn't it a fact?

I see it through my eyes.

So what I see through my eyes,

Is it a fact?

Yes,

It is a fact.

But that fact is a delusion.

We all realize whenever you drive a car,

You see the road is running behind you,

The trees are going behind you.

Don't you see that?

We all see it.

What the science says,

Whatever we see,

Observe it is a fact.

But that fact is a delusion.

You see,

Think of it,

Contemplate and reflect that fact is a delusion.

So whatever is changing,

Whatever I see is changing,

There is a change.

That change is a birth and death.

And what is unchanging?

That is unchanging.

Reality is the real self.

That is one way to understand it.

It is the ego or the intellect that perceives the change.

You see,

That is why all of our masters say that we have to go beyond the mind to find the ultimate reality.

So not only we feel that the road is running behind me,

Which appears as a fact,

Who makes this perception affect my intellect?

My intellect continues to see the road is running and still I know it is not.

So yesterday I was just talking.

So now see,

Ego says I am stressed.

Are you really stressed?

It is my ego says.

The master says you have to examine.

Do not see the immediate cause.

Go to the secondary cause,

The third cause,

The fourth cause.

So there are seven layers of cause and effect.

So once you reach to the seventh layer,

What do you find?

You find this entire world of name in the form is unreal.

Don't say immediately.

Don't say it immediately without knowing it,

Without entering into that deeper state of meditation.

This is what the master,

This is what this seeker is saying,

What he says that Jagannashe pi tishthata,

The way there is no separate existence for the waves,

It is all water.

Similarly there is no separate existence of this body,

Mind,

Intellect,

Ego,

Thoughts,

Separate identity.

There is only one reality and that is real self and that real self is self-existent,

Self-luminous.

Self-luminous means that it knows,

It is an illuminator.

What did you mean by illuminator?

That consciousness is borrowed by my mind and the sense organ borrowed the same consciousness and then it perceives the world.

It is independent,

It is illuminator.

It is the consciousness inside that passes through the mind and the sense organs,

Then it perceives the world outside,

So it illuminates the world.

It is my consciousness but it is not my consciousness,

It is one consciousness which is the ultimate reality that is all-pervading is illuminating the world.

I am,

Referred to as I am,

Is the body,

Mind,

Complex,

Minus consciousness.

I am as good as smartphone,

I am an instrument only.

I don't have the consciousness to know myself and to know others because this consciousness or this real self has been veiled by the intellect,

Mind or ego with its own opinion,

Judgment,

Great identity that is how we perceive the world in reality.

In reality there is only one pure consciousness which is the real self behind the body and the mind,

Is the goal of yoga,

Tantra,

Mantra,

Any,

All entire Eastern wisdom,

Eastern wisdom.

Aho aham namo mahiam,

That also is a wonderful phrase,

You know the verse has four parts.

So what he says,

Now I experience Aho aham namo mahiam,

My ego feels as if I should adore that real self that is present here and now.

I should do namaste to myself.

Why?

Because I am that real self.

So it's not a part of the ego.

I now realize I don't see any difference between the world outside and myself.

Aho aham namo mahiam,

Vinasho yasya nastime,

The moment I experience that state what happens?

All the duality disappears.

What is that duality?

That I am different than you,

You are different from me.

The mind undergoes a transformation.

So what happens?

Brahmaari tamba pariyantam,

So there is a reference.

Do you need to worship the God now?

You have become one with the entire cosmos.

We don't talk about the religion.

So now the way my ego or the intellect is perceiving this world has gone.

The way I perceive,

How my mind perceives?

Oh here is a John,

Here is a cat,

Here is a Kate,

Sam and Stephen,

Jerry and David and people in the world in the monitor.

This is how I perceive the world.

So that perception has changed.

Does it mean that from today we will start behaving differently or from outside?

No.

It does not mean even the wall appears,

That is also a part of me.

It means I should go out of the room from the wall.

That's the wrong approach.

You continue to do the same thing,

Same activities but because your perception has changed inside.

What is that perception?

Your knowledge.

What is that knowledge?

Now I know I am the real self but for transactional,

For transactional world I continue to behave live and think in the same way.

Now if someone says where are you?

Your mind instantly helps you to realize yes I am the real self but outside you definitely say,

Okay yes I am here.

I am here.

So what has happened?

Can you think of it?

What has happened?

So there are two I,

One is the false I guided by the intellect that divides the world which perceives the world with the duality and plurality and there is a real I.

So now that real I has replaced that false I.

So when the real I is replaced by that ego I you don't see that difference,

That separative consciousness.

What is the basic problem?

The basic problem is that false I and the real I both are inside me,

Both are insiders,

Both gives the knowledge to me.

You know this false I recognizes here is a Stephen,

We both are separate,

I know him,

He knows me but the real I bypasses that difference.

Are you getting it?

I'm not very,

I'm making it as simple.

The real I constantly recognizes there is only one reality.

So how to recognize this false I?

You can see,

You can feel the false I,

False I.

There is a beautiful example given in Upanishad.

There is a tree,

Two birds are sitting there,

One bird is keeping quiet,

Calm,

Non-doer,

No enjoyer,

Why he is not enjoying and doing anything?

Because he knows that bird knows that I am of the nature of pure consciousness.

The other bird is constantly jumping on the tree,

Picking up the fruit,

Throwing the seed out,

Enjoying.

This tree is the world outside including the body.

The first bird which remains calm,

Peace,

Happiness,

Love and wisdom is the real self and the other bird that is constantly jumping all over the tree is the false I,

Is my intellect.

Are you getting it?

There's a beautiful example given in the Upanishad.

So now ask yourself what as Zinda you have set for today?

Is your mind running?

Is your mind says,

No,

I have to talk again to my honey to pacify him or her.

I have lot of things to do.

Everything is done by the false I.

That overpowers,

That weighs the real self behind and that real self is the bird.

It has to do nothing because it knows I'm of the nature of peace and happiness.

I am of the nature of truth,

Wisdom.

I am of the nature of pure consciousness.

Are you getting it?

False I,

Real I.

All the activities claiming that I am a doer,

Enjoyer,

I feel stress,

I feel pleasure is a part of the false I.

Is actually the false I,

You can say the false I,

Your ego or intellect or mind.

The real self is like the world,

It has to do nothing.

What is the difference between the two and what is the alchemy or ultimate of meditation?

That this I which is constantly identifying itself as a doer and the enjoyer in the world outside now leaves that identification,

It merges into the real self and we have reached to the ultimate.

See this is what is known as awakening.

So we are answering that how to recognize the false I.

I am doing something,

I am stressed,

I am happy,

I am sorrowful,

I fought with you and then I patched with you.

All the activities,

Thoughts,

Feelings,

Sensations of duality,

Of plurality comes from this false I or the intellect.

That is why every master says go behind the mind.

Don't do anything,

Just go behind the mind,

Beyond the mind.

So from the mind to the no mind,

In that state of the no mind we recognize,

We experience the real self.

We can do it here and now.

If we are a seeker like,

Seeker like Janaka in this text,

This is what he says,

Aho,

What he says,

Aho aham namo mahi am,

Now I am saluting to myself.

Which one is that myself?

The bird that is sitting totally,

Ultimately satisfied,

Full of knowledge,

Wisdom and the truth.

Do I have that experience?

I am already there.

So let us close your eyes,

Let us start our journey.

Ah,

Eyes are closed.

Let us see that.

Can we recognize these two layers?

Yes it is possible.

So eyes are closed,

You are looking at the body.

Yes you are looking at the body.

And the body gives you this incision,

A sense of steadiness and the mind is looking inside the forehead in the space.

The mind is looking deep inside the forehead in the space.

I am doing something,

It appears,

Mind is looking inside.

So just recognize that doing belongs to,

You know what I just said.

Just remain aware,

It belongs to the body-mind complex.

So here in the so-called practice we recognize.

Who recognizes?

Cognition.

I know I am aware.

That is what is known as awareness from moment to moment.

The moment changes,

I do not change.

Who is that I is the real I.

So let us pick up that knowing factor.

You are looking at the shoulder joints.

You are there.

You experience sensation,

Comfortable in steadiness and then in the space inside and out here it needs simple understanding,

No effort.

You simply,

We simply know,

Should have that knowledge.

What is that knowledge?

The mind is changing from the shoulder joints to the sensation,

Comfortable in steadiness to the space and the mind is still ready to change.

But how do I recognize that it is a change?

Because there is something that is unchanging inside.

You see the two birds?

One bird is jumping constantly,

The other bird is the pure consciousness.

That never goes anywhere.

That makes no effort.

So we can apply this understanding in day to day life.

Look at the hip joint.

You are not doing any practice at all.

Looking means you know.

Hip joint.

Then you know sensation,

Comfortable in steadiness.

That is also your experience.

Then you know the space inside.

And then I am looking at the knower who is.

Knower is behind,

Mind in the front.

The mind is moving.

That knower is intact like the first bird.

Just see that.

This is how our mind and intellect functions.

We only need an awareness,

Nothing else.

So that is why we say pure awareness,

Pure consciousness.

That is the way.

A beautiful verse.

The look at the entire body.

Mind has to move to look at the entire body.

So what moves is not me.

You just maintain that awareness.

So if the consciousness,

If the awareness is not given to the mind,

You cannot recognize where to move.

You cannot recognize where to move.

See that.

You're not doing anything.

It's all you're removing the wheel of or superimposition of the intellect to know the world.

You remove that superimposition and you are there.

Now let us do the same thing with the thoughts.

When I say being carefree,

Now we are doing,

We are into this step of being carefree at its highest.

Remember what is the simple operating principle?

Whatever is changing cannot be me.

Who is the doer and the enjoyer is not me.

That bird is constantly jumping on the tree of the world,

And sun and gets stressed,

Receives the pleasure,

And this is how it continues to work days after days,

Weeks after weeks,

Months after months,

And still looking for permanent happiness.

So now once we have understood,

Okay,

Now look inside the forehead.

Again,

One movement of the mind.

Just you have to pay attention,

Doing nothing.

Okay,

The first movement of the mind.

Second movement,

If I say so,

Thought has come.

So mind moves to that thought.

Third,

Second thought has come,

Mind moves to the second thought,

But keeps awareness of the first.

Do you see the movement of this mind?

Movement is a change,

But in what presents these changes happening in the presence of the bird?

That is silent spectator,

And that is our real self.

So a point of awareness is maintained.

We're to the knower,

To the bird,

That is simply knower,

Illuminator,

Seer,

But never is the doer.

The doer is the second bird.

What is that second bird?

You can say mind,

You can say ego,

You can say intellect.

Now for the sake of understanding,

At least we are aware that match by which we separate the two I.

You separate,

You are there.

I separate my house from the neighbors.

I am here.

So now see,

It goes very deeper,

You are living in the present moment.

One awareness,

One bird,

One.

Second awareness,

Bird number two.

So what is there any movement,

Any change,

And its recognition comes from what I am not.

That is why we say,

All masters say mind to no mind.

How simple it is.

You are aware of the changes,

But you do not participate in the change,

That is real you.

And who is participating in the change is what we say over mind,

Intellect and ego.

You see while driving on the car,

You see the road is running behind you is perceived by the false eye,

So called the facts,

But still you are not affected by it.

You continue to drive.

I hope that example sets into your mind and then you see.

The word,

The tree,

One bird,

Spectator,

Seer,

Knower,

Illuminator.

The other eye,

Participant,

Becomes the doer,

Enjoyer,

Sufferer.

Look at it.

That is why I say happiness is here and now.

Here and now means,

Practice means in future you will get the result.

Here and now means it is here and now.

I have recognized,

I have known.

So again go further,

Recognize the change in the unchanging,

Looking at the head and the neck.

You see the mind moves,

First change.

There are also subtle changes,

Maybe seven or six changes.

When I say you look at the head and the neck,

And we are moving there in every session.

So let's just recognize,

Look at the head and the neck.

So you recognize where is the head and the neck,

But do you see the mind has changed?

Yes,

Now experience sensation,

Relaxation and stillness.

It is supporting our journey,

That's why we say.

So that is another change.

Means the mind moved from the head and the neck to an experience of sensation,

Relaxation and stillness.

Mind may be moving to the other thoughts also.

So if it is moving to the other thoughts,

What the heck he is saying?

Don't move the mind there.

Just follow what I'm saying.

To refute and reject and accept,

Let us do it after the journey.

So you recognize the movement of the mind that is refuting or accepting,

Not interested.

You experience the sensation,

Relaxation and stillness at the same time.

Now,

Let the mind move into the infinite space inside.

Mind moved at three levels.

It was not attentive to the head and the neck,

First movement.

Second movement,

Head and the neck.

Third movement,

Sensation,

Relaxation,

Stillness.

Fourth movement into the space,

Just recognize.

What to know?

Oh,

Whatever is changing is not me.

Change is perceived by the mind and the intellect.

So what happens?

Instantly,

You're in the state of no mind.

In the state of the no mind,

You recognize the bird number one.

Look at the left arm,

You see the movement,

You recognize.

What is moving,

What is changing is not me and still you continue to do that.

That is what it is.

Left arm,

Another movement sensation,

Relaxation and stillness.

Another movement,

The space within.

And now,

This mind wants to see in whose presence these changes are happening.

So if I say,

So the mind looks back,

Mind looks behind.

What is that moment?

It is just an awareness.

When the mind looks behind,

You're already in a state of no mind.

Now let us go a little deeper,

Also look at the right arm.

Now you know,

You are aware of the changes happening in the mind.

Because of the change,

I recognize the right arm.

Because of the change,

I experience sensation,

Relaxation,

Stillness.

Because of the change,

I feel the stress and whatever is changing is not me.

You simply drop that identification.

How you can drop the identification?

By practice.

How can you drop the identification of the practice?

It can only happen by the knowledge,

Understanding.

That is why I say,

Journey of the Saturdays Meditation is a non-practice.

I speak,

You know it and it is done.

So you see,

Recognize,

I'm just making the same intellect understand you.

No attention on the,

There was no attention on the right arm?

Yes.

So it is there?

Yes.

Oh,

It means there is a change.

Experience of sensation,

Relaxation,

Stillness,

Another change.

Then into the space,

Another change.

And the mind still wants a change.

It wants to be a doer.

We say continue my friend.

Only one thing.

But I said you look behind.

Look means awareness.

Awareness behind means who is aware of all these changes?

There must be someone who recognizes all these changes.

Burn number one.

Look at your masters and their explanations.

Recognition,

Awareness,

Knowing at this moment whatever is changing is not me.

We are so much conditioned,

Heavily conditioned by the culture,

By the society,

By the education,

By the religion,

By the dogma and the belief that we claim I am the doer,

I am the enjoyer,

I am the experiencer.

So here the master is saying you are behind the change,

Burn number one,

Not burn number two.

Because the burn number two has very intense liking and disliking,

Attachment and detachment,

Pain and pleasure,

Living in the duality,

Plurality of the world.

So the master says get rid of the likes and dislikes,

Manage your desire,

Etc.

,

Etc.

But we have a direct approach here.

Whatever is changing is not me.

Look at the rib cage in the belly,

The middle portion of the body.

Two things,

You are looking,

Okay,

But you are aware that the mind has changed.

And you have a knowledge that whatever is changing is not me.

Then you have an experience of sensation,

Relaxation and stillness.

Oh,

Another change.

I will not be carried away by you mind.

And same thing,

Meditators supply in day to day life,

Mind says you are in stress,

Oh this is also a change,

It was not there before,

It is now,

It will not be there,

Come on.

And mind comes.

So sensation,

Relaxation and stillness,

Then the space and the mind still is changing,

Maybe jumping to the other thoughts on the tree of the world.

Let it,

Why?

I am not the mind.

I am not the false eye.

See that much is required,

That understanding is required and that understanding means knowledge,

Knowledge means awareness and awareness means you are bird number one.

We are not doing anything.

Now see amazing,

If you see that,

If you are in,

Don't you see how amazing I've been trying hard to control my mind,

To suppress my mind.

I was blaming,

Claiming.

No nothing is there.

We can only do the practice,

So called practice with reference to what is changing.

Look at the body,

Bring the another knowledge with reference to the body,

Are you looking at the body?

Yes.

Do you experience sensation,

Relaxation and stillness?

Yes.

Are you the body?

No.

How?

No.

Five years ago,

Look at the body,

Five years ago,

How the body was?

Another five years back,

Oh it has changed a lot,

Another five years back,

Another five years back.

You see the body is constantly changing.

So what is the simple awareness?

Whatever is changing is not me,

It's the bird number two.

But I know everything is changing,

Who knows that?

The bird number one.

If I see so,

The gold knows the changes.

In fact,

Turns into an ornament,

Earring,

Necklace,

Nose pin,

Etc.

Etc.

But does anything happens to the gold?

No,

Nothing.

Nothing happens to the bird number one.

Look at the breath now.

Breath is constantly changing,

There is a movement.

Number of breath defines our journey from the birth to the death of the body.

You can see the birth and the death of the body,

Not me.

Breath is constantly changing.

Can I be a witness of the breath?

And who is the witness of the breath?

The bird number one.

That is what Buddha sees,

Mindfulness.

Any event,

Any object,

Any person,

Any experience can turn my mind to the bird number one.

In day to day living.

If I understand that.

We are doing nothing.

Bird number one and two.

We are fully aware.

So we are aware of you all the same way you are aware of these two birds.

That perhaps is a good simile to explain.

After the time comes we will be doing so called doing a practice with eyes open.

Do you realize this mind or the intellect or the false eye is always in hurry of doing something to get the result?

Anxious of something.

That very notion of doing something causes more problem.

The mind,

The face,

The body.

Shanti shanti shanti Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Om Shanti Shanti Shanti Bring your mind on the right hand,

Your mind on the left hand,

Left your Buddha palms,

Place it on your eyes,

Open the eyes inside.

Know your experiences,

Bring the hands down.

How are you David and Jerry?

It was a very different meditation for me,

I would call it an active meditation because of the bird one and the bird two.

It was a peaceful,

Active meditation.

It was different,

I enjoyed it.

Enjoyed it.

And you see without doing anything we are there.

Beautiful.

That's wonderful.

How are you Jerry?

Sir,

It was good.

It was quiet,

Calm,

Peaceful.

And I,

The take away with bird one,

Bird two,

I think that when we know our real selves then we can do or not do.

It doesn't change anything.

Have or not have doesn't change anything.

That's beautiful.

So we can live into that state all the time.

The second bird says,

I have lot of stress.

The first bird smiles.

Hey,

What you're saying?

You are not this.

Do you see that?

That is how those masters used to live.

How are you Sam and Stephen?

Real good.

The lesson I took out of this was between bird one,

Bird two,

Which is actually more,

Mine was more bird two and bird one was the separation between perception and reality.

Yes.

And that's what I took in the beginning of it and I said this to me is just a lesson in perception,

Reality and we need to realize that reality is that real self.

And understanding that our mind,

However you want to put that into one grouping,

Is what creates this perception that causes the anxiety,

The depression,

The thoughts that are really not there.

It's not there.

And it allowed me in the meditation to just absolutely relax,

Let go and it was beautiful.

It was a very peaceful experience.

Beautiful.

That's beautiful.

You see that bird one says the road is not running.

Bird two says no,

It is running.

See it.

See it.

See it,

It is running.

We continue to see it.

But the bird one says calm down.

What the heck you are doing?

Can we do it?

Can we do it in our daily life?

We are already there.

How are you Sam?

I'm doing really well.

It was very deep and quiet and peaceful for me.

I felt like it went by very quickly.

The takeaway from the lesson was I kept telling myself when I come out of this I'm going to feel more like I'm one with others and space and everything.

That's beautiful.

And you know,

When somebody says something that you disagree with,

It's just,

You know,

Whatever.

It's whatever.

It's that.

You're a crazy beard guy,

That's it.

Yeah,

Yeah,

You write honey,

You are right.

Tell your honey that you are always right.

Exactly.

Very good.

How are you,

Vebul?

I'm very peaceful.

It's like when going to meditation,

Like listening we are not a change.

And what I left with is just the awareness in that case and the blankness of space.

And that was very peaceful.

That's very peaceful.

Wonderful.

How are you,

Christina,

Still smiling?

That is what I.

.

.

I'm doing well.

Yes.

Today was,

It was almost like you set me up for a challenge in a good way because I haven't practiced fully by myself.

I feel like I've always been.

.

.

I felt like today it was actually,

I was on my own and it was definitely,

But I think that's where the lesson came in to the realizing,

Okay,

I'm right here,

Just keep going.

So it was good.

I liked the challenge.

Good,

Good.

How are you,

John?

I'm doing well,

Thank you.

It was very peaceful for me as well.

Peaceful,

Wonderful.

Allow to contemplate and think again and again.

So thinking gives me the knowledge.

So there is no problem of thinking.

But once we are settled at the point of the knowledge,

That is what the awareness is and that awareness recognizes the word number one,

We are done.

How are you,

Ashok?

Good,

Sir.

Good.

You have to listen to it again and again and again.

Sure,

Sir.

But you don't have time,

That is bird number two.

So how are you.

.

.

I'm kind of outside.

Yeah.

So who is going to try bird number two?

Again,

There'll be a failure.

That is the problem.

That is the mystery.

So listen to it.

How are you,

Sara?

I'm well,

Thank you.

For me,

It was like the sun came out and just.

.

.

Beautiful.

Just dissolved any clouds.

And I was at the park yesterday,

Actually,

All these robins were out and there was a bird,

Number one.

Yeah.

Just sitting so still and I just sat there with him.

So it was a perfect story for me.

Just perfect timing.

Perfect timing,

Yeah.

Hope I can see the bird number one one day.

How are you,

Brittany?

I'm good.

I'm still processing because it was a lot different for me.

Usually I can just kind of like settle into quietness,

But it was kind of,

I don't know,

It was like this turbulence back and forth where I was able to settle in and then,

I don't know,

It was like something was creeping in on.

.

.

I don't know.

I had a hard time with it,

But it was interesting,

So I'm still trying to think about it.

Yeah,

Yeah.

Only one answer.

Who is going to think about it?

Bird number two.

So that is why we say that we have to become a seeker to treat the path.

How are you,

Alex?

I'm good.

I came on late.

I had a bit of a rough start,

But I ended up being able to go really deep this time and I think that it was like the imagery of the bird number two.

Yeah.

I just visualized the bird and I realized how active my bird number two likes to be and so that kind of helped me rather than thinking about it just as like a cloud in the sky letting go.

I kind of visualized the bird jumping from pot to thought to thought and then inside myself to observe that I was able to go a lot deeper.

Yes,

Yes,

Yes.

That's a good,

Good,

Good,

Good explanation.

We need only understanding knowledge.

Nothing else.

What is understanding?

If I have to understood you,

What practice I need to do?

I need not to do any practice.

I need to understand.

I should have a right knowledge.

So what is Eastern Wisdom,

Yoga,

Tantra,

Mantra,

Kundalini?

So in the beginning when you do a lot of practice,

It means you are at a primary level,

Kindergarten.

Then you go to the second level,

Then you join,

You know,

So-called Kundalini.

Oh,

There's a lot of mysticism,

Middle school.

And then you go to the high school,

Then you start learning what we say,

Patanjali Yoga Sutra that we are doing on Mondays and Thursdays.

Now you are a seeker.

Then you are in your masters.

So now analyze to be into the masters program,

You know,

From the kindergarten to the bachelors means I know the alphabets of the Eastern Wisdom.

I know what is the process,

How the practice is done,

Why the practice is done.

And then you have already graduated into being a seeker,

The way the master,

The way we are studying this weekly on Saturdays.

He's a great seeker.

He heard it,

He understood it,

He was there in that moment and he says,

I'm already there.

So it's all said and done.

That is all.

Thank you very much.

We will meet again on Monday.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Namaste.

Namaste.

Thank you.

Namaste.

Namaste.
