A moment just to connect with ourselves.
Allow the breath to soften.
The eyes relax.
The jaw easy.
As we ground with our feet,
We notice that we can have a sense of ease more in the body.
Let go of holding in the shoulders.
Our throat relaxes a little more,
A little easier.
And as you're breathing,
You notice the body's relaxing a little bit more.
And you can go inward a little bit more.
Easing into that little space.
Where you hear that little voice that says,
You're okay.
You are just fine.
Relaxing to your inner spirit and know all is well with you.
As you breathe in and out,
Feel this deep connection within yourself.
Feel your heart space begin to expand just a little bit.
Allowing more love for you.
Almost as if the mind is just getting clear.
A little warmth.
Feel a sense of gratitude.
You can stop and listen to that little inner voice within,
But sometimes you just need to get quiet enough to hear it.
