This is for you who may feel you just need to take a break.
Just a tiny break for yourself.
To just sit back and take a breath in.
And breathe.
Feel yourself letting go of any expectations.
Letting go of who you think you should be or how things should be.
Let all that judgment go by like clouds floating by.
Just observe those thoughts and let them pass.
And breathe in the air and feel its fresh new quality.
The oxygen coming into your body.
Bringing that nutrition.
Bringing a sense of healing.
And allow all thoughts,
Negative judgments,
Just to go out from your breath.
And breathing in,
Relax the top of your head.
Your eyes soft.
Your ears soft.
Your mouth,
Even your tongue is soft.
Letting go.
Your shoulders releasing.
Your hands softening their grip.
And let all tensions float out.
Breathing in the oxygen,
Allowing the light within you to go all the way through you.
Down through your body.
Down your legs.
Your toes.
And let any pains or any negativity,
Just let it go down into the earth.
Breathe in this sense of who you are,
This aliveness,
This reset that you can do for yourself.
Allow yourself to just relax and give yourself a pause in your day.
Sometimes it's just good to close the door and sit down and take that pause.
