Welcome in this relaxing space.

It's time to soften your body,

To slow down,

To let go of the day,

Of that weight you might have been carrying today and just simply surrender into the sweet and soft sleep.

Allow yourself to arrive here,

Let your body settle into a comfortable position,

Feel free to lie down,

Cover your body with a nice warm blanket and just make this space really cosy for yourself.

Exhale for longer as you totally release and inhale for deeper as you start inviting more relaxation.

Exhale totally,

Nice and long,

You are free.

Inhale and let that peace,

Let that soft,

Soothing energy be present within you.

And now I invite you to place one hand on your chest and the other on your belly.

Feel the rise and fall,

First of your belly,

Then your chest as they expand and then your chest and your belly as they fall and relax.

Feel the warmth of your own touch,

The warmth of your hands sending some love to your body.

Let your breath move in like a wave and out like a soft release.

Inhale through the nose and exhale with a sigh out.

Inhale a little bit longer,

Exhale.

Feel that connection in your hands and your belly.

Notice any sensations that are appearing right now.

The space of your body is connected to your solar plexus chakra,

That space of self-confidence,

Self-worth,

Knowing your own worth and appreciating yourself for how strong you already are.

Very often,

We also tend to hold some tension in the stomach,

In the digestive organs and it's all connected to fear,

To their ability to digest some life situations,

To accept,

To bring in just even more softness into that space,

Letting your nervous system know that you don't have to be scared,

You don't have to keep that fear inside.

Release it now,

Let it melt away from you.

And then feel that hand on your heart as well.

The heart chakra is the centre of love,

Of compassion,

Forgiveness.

The space of that love that you hold for yourself,

The love for the world,

For others.

Here and now,

Send yourself that love and let love be present within you.

Sometimes,

In the space of the chest,

We hold so much grief and so much heaviness of worry.

It's ok to release it now.

Let love help you.

Let love help you melt away all that tension,

The worries,

The stress and let it help you open up the space of your heart even more.

Take one more deep breath to the space of your heart now.

And exhale,

Release with a sigh out.

Now,

Just let go of your hands,

You can gently wiggle your fingers,

Wiggle your toes.

Notice if there's any tension or maybe you were able to soften already and relax even more.

All of that breath,

Awareness is your invitation to rest.

You are safe now and you are held.

You can let go of those hands now,

Keep them alongside your body or wherever it feels comfortable for you.

And in the space right now,

Keep relaxing as we share a little story.

Let your mind stay focused on your body still.

Imagine you walking through a beautiful forest at night.

The moon is shining really bright this night,

It's warm outside and the night air smells like lavender and earth.

You are not afraid there,

You are safe.

You know that there's no danger.

You are barefoot,

But the moss beneath your feet is soft and cool.

With each step your body relaxes more deeply.

Can you smell that lavender,

Can you smell that earth,

That soil from the forest?

As you keep walking slowly,

You come to a clearing.

And there is a small little wooden cabin with a candle flickering inside.

It's your sanctuary,

A space made just for you,

No one else is there.

And you decide to come inside.

You step inside and there is a thick blanket and a soft place to lie down.

You notice some more candles around.

Even the air in this little cabin feels like peace.

You curl up to the most comfortable bed you've ever had and you lie down there sinking the whole weight of your body into this bed.

You feel safe.

The walls around you are glowing gently like starlight on wood.

You look up and there is a big window in the ceiling and you can see so many stars.

Lying down on that comfy bed,

You look up through this transparent ceiling and you see so many beautiful stars.

You are a part of it,

You are a part of all this beautiful universe of the forest,

Of the sky,

Of the stars.

And here,

In this quiet space,

You don't have to be anyone,

You don't have to pretend,

You don't have to carry any identity or personality.

You are allowed to let it all go.

Doesn't matter what is your job,

What is your position,

Doesn't matter if you are a mom,

A daughter,

A wife.

Just let it all go,

All those parts about your personality,

Of who you think you are.

Let it go and just be yourself here.

Let this place be just for you.

Let it hold you now.

Feel your breath slowing down.

Sink in even deeper and deeper to this bed.

Your body is drifting,

Floating deeper and deeper into sleep.

And let these words now flow through you like a lullaby.

My body is allowed to soften.

Sleep comes to me easily and naturally.

I am safe to rest.

There is nothing I need to hold tonight.

I am wrapped in softness.

I surrender to that quiet stillness.

The love is surrounding me and holding me.

I am safe.

I am safe.

I am safe.

Let yourself just stay here.

You don't even have to listen anymore.

Let my voice slowly fade away.

Let your thoughts slowly dissolve.

You are already floating.

Already surrendering to your dreamland.

You are home.

This space is your home.
