Beginning each day with specific intentions has such a powerful effect on how you feel and interact with the world, as well as bringing you more clarity and peace, when it comes to your goals, what you wish to achieve, and how you want to behave. This meditation will help you start your day with peace and awareness, relaxing your body through some deep breaths, keeping your mind focused and present, and opening up to Love as your guiding force. Good morning!

Welcome to this lovely practice of self-connection and setting your intentions for the day.

Setting the intentions has such a powerful impact on how we interact with others during the day,

What kind of actions we do,

What words we speak and what thoughts we think.

So let's start by just taking a few deep and conscious breaths.

Make sure you're comfortable.

This meditation is best done sitting down with your back straight.

Of course you can do it on your bed if you are just waking up.

Let's just start with a big stretch.

Arms up to the sky and then bring your hands down to your heart and if you want you can also do a few gentle stretches for the neck.

It's really good to stretch in the morning.

After you wake up the neck,

The shoulders,

The spine is very often pretty stiff.

So just give your body a little bit more space,

Create more space and keep breathing.

Make every breath count.

Imagine like this breath is like a breakfast for your body,

For your brain,

For your lungs.

So as you inhale nourish yourself with this air,

Nourish yourself with breath and as you exhale let this peaceful energy spread through your whole body giving you fresh energy.

Inhale inviting peace,

Inviting motivation and inspiration and exhale letting this energy just be present within you.

A few more breaths like that in silence and stillness.

So with every breath celebrating life,

Giving thanks for waking up today,

Giving thanks for another day on earth.

And as your brain is already receiving more oxygen,

As your body is more relaxed and as your mind is more still and really connected to this present moment,

Now it's time to set your intentions.

If you want you can also place one or both of your hands on your heart just to make sure these intentions come from your heart,

From the space of love within you,

Not from the space of ego,

Not the space of fear or lack,

But from the space of love and use your mind as well to be inspired by that in setting the things you want to achieve today and also keeping the intention of how you want to be today,

What kind of person do you wish to be.

So not only focusing on all the things you have to do or your plans and your goals of doing,

But first connect to the space of being,

How do you want to be in front of life and in front of other people and then going deeper into your goals and into specific intentions.

Take now two minutes for your self-connection and for creating these intentions,

Keeping them present and active.

Lovely,

Coming back to your breath now,

Let's seal these intentions with a few deep breaths,

Connecting to trust and knowing,

Reminding yourself to move,

Think,

Do and say from the space of love only.

Let your actions be guided by love,

By kindness,

Compassion as well as your words,

Your thoughts.

Let the love be the guiding force of today,

Not putting too much pressure on yourself,

Not putting any expectations.

Allowing the feminine energy within to keep you soft,

To keep you with the flow and masculine energy to help you act and do things with focus,

With motivation.

And remind yourself as well that the more grateful you are for what you already have,

The more good things will come to you,

The more amazing opportunities and sometimes even miracles that you would never expect.

So keep your heart open for this beautiful day,

Let love and peace be your guiding force and move through life today with excitement,

With joy,

With courage,

Knowing how amazing you already are.
