Good morning,

Darling.

The simple fact that you opened your eyes today is already a miracle.

Your heart is beating.

Your lungs are breathing.

Your body has carried you into this beautiful new day.

Take a moment now just to acknowledge this simple and yet so great and so big gift of life.

And as you feel that life that is flowing through you with every breath,

Settle into a comfortable posture.

Maybe you are already sitting with your back straight.

Make sure your heart is open,

Shoulders are soft.

Your spine is nice and tall.

Or if you prefer to lie down,

Maybe you are still in your bed.

Just make yourself comfy and cosy.

And also,

If you wish,

You can close your eyes to connect more inwards.

Feel your breath moving through you.

No need to change its natural rhythm.

Just feel the rhythm of each breath in and each breath out.

With each inhale,

You are arriving into this day.

You are creating space for peace,

For more miracles.

And with every exhale,

You release maybe any tension that you have woken up with or any worries about today.

Let yourself be grounded here.

Each breath is the proof that you are alive,

That there is so much life within you.

With your next inhale,

Gently lengthen the spine again as though you are opening yourself to receive this day,

To grow with love.

With your exhale,

Soften any tension from your neck,

Your shoulders,

Your jaw and your belly.

Awake and open.

Grounded and centred.

Start connecting now with the energy of gratitude.

What is the first thing that comes to your attention when you think about gratitude,

Here and now,

In this moment?

What can you be really thankful for?

Let this feeling,

This sensation of gratitude grow and expand through you.

Maybe it's the gratitude of the air that is filling your lungs.

Maybe it's the gratitude for the light of the morning,

The sunshine or the rain.

The chance to begin again.

The chance to start with a fresh mind and an open heart.

Notice how that feeling,

Sensation of gratitude is arising now in your body.

Where can you feel it in your body?

Maybe it's warmth in your chest.

Maybe it's that softening of your shoulders or a gentle smile on your face.

Maybe it's that inner sense of expansion.

Let this feeling grow through you.

Let it fill you up with blessings.

Let it give you that energy that you need for the day,

That inspiration.

Breathe it in deeply and exhale,

Sharing that powerful feeling of gratitude with the whole world.

Let the gratitude and the appreciation spread through your whole being.

Let it reach all your cells,

All your bones and all the muscles in your body.

Can you notice how open you feel now?

When we give thanks,

Our energy naturally expands.

We can make more space for abundance,

For flow,

For receiving.

Shining,

Radiating with gratitude through your face,

Through your chest,

Through your belly,

Through your back,

Even through your legs and down to the earth.

Giving thanks to God,

To the universe for simply being here.

I am grateful for this new day and a new chance.

I am open to abundance and flow.

I am supported by life.

I am supported by life.

I am supported by life.

Take 3 more deep and nourishing breaths.

Totally free,

Awake and aware.

And then after your last exhale here,

Just bring your hands to your heart,

Feeling that warm,

Expansive energy and bow your head gently in gratitude for your body,

For your breath,

For this day.

You are so strong.

May your day go amazing.

May you be blessed with love and kindness with each step.

May you share that appreciation and gratitude with the world.

When you're ready,

You can open your eyes,

Maybe take a few gentle stretches and feel free to go on with your day with this new,
