Good morning beautiful,
Welcome to another day.
This is your space to connect with yourself,
With your baby.
To gently land into this morning,
Into this day with an open heart full of gratitude and joy and excitement for life.
Allow yourself to soften into your body,
So find a comfortable position,
Sitting down or lying down,
Supported by some pillows or whatever you need right now.
And as you are grounding yourself here,
Feel the points of contact between your body and the ground,
Let the gravity hold you.
You can gently close your eyes if you feel comfortable to and start arriving to the space into this morning with a few deep breaths,
Starting these breaths from your belly,
So gently feeling like your belly expands,
Then your ribs and your chest.
And then relaxing with the exhale,
Connecting deeper with the present moment.
You can keep your hands resting alongside your body or on your belly and feel each breath you are taking now,
Celebrating this breath,
Celebrating this life within you,
The life that you are and the life that is growing,
Feeling the support of the earth,
The ground underneath you,
Safe and supported exactly where you need to be.
And as you keep connecting to your breath,
Ask yourself gently,
What do I need today?
Really tune in with your inner sensations,
With your heart.
It might be more patience,
More peace or simply rest and slowing down,
Let your intention settle into your body like a soft whisper.

We're going to practice a gentle breathing technique that is called straw breath.
It's really calming,
Regulating and soothing for your nervous system.
It sends your body a message,
I am safe,
I can slow down and take care of myself.
So we'll be taking two inhales through the nose,
The second one is a bit longer,
And then full exhale through the mouth,
Imagine like you are blowing through a straw when you exhale.
Let's try it.
Inhale to your belly,
Then inhale to your chest and exhale fully release.
Inhale,
Inhale and exhale longer,
Relaxing and grounding.
And a few more times.
Inhale to the belly,
Inhale to the chest and exhale slowly release through your mouth.
Two more times,
Letting your exhale be long,
Smooth and unforced.
And the next exhale just let go,
Take a longer breath in and a full breath out.
Take a few seconds now to just notice how you feel,
Reminding yourself that breath really has a big power to change your inner energy.
And as you have created maybe a little bit more space in your body and in your mind,
Fill that space with gratitude.
Take a moment to acknowledge the miracle of this morning.
It's a miracle to to be alive,
To wake up today,
To be able to breathe,
To be able to move,
To be able to do so many beautiful things as a human,
As a woman.
Feel that miracle of life growing within you as well.
Every day with you,
Just being and breathing.
Totally present here and now,
Totally connected.
If your hands are not on your belly,
You can place them there now.
Feel that power,
That beauty,
That strength that you're holding within you.
And the beauty that you are.
Feel the warmth of your hands on your belly.
Feel your baby resting inside,
Soothed by your breath and by your touch,
By your warm energy.
Imagine a soft golden light flowing from your heart into your baby's heart.
A quiet,
Loving thread of connection.
And with each breath that connection deepens,
Your calm and safety becomes their calm and safety.
You can say to yourself,
My baby is safe.
I am safe.
We are connected in love,
Always.
I trust my body and I trust this journey.
Creating that beautiful home,
Beautiful,
Healthy environment from within.
Starting with your healthy thoughts,
With your loving awareness.
And now,
As you take a few more last breaths here,
Come back to your intention.
