Welcome to this meditation,

My name is Maria from Gently Speaking and I invite you today to connect deeper with your powerful Queen energy.

We are all queens,

We just need to remember,

We just need to come back home to the space of our soul and from this space we can create,

We can feel,

We can surrender and we can immerse fully into this feminine,

Sacred energy.

Close down the eyes,

Make sure you are not disturbed,

You can lie down or even better sit down to really feel the power,

Feel the power of these words and feel the power within yourself.

And start breathing deeper and deeper,

Make sure your sit bones are connected to the ground,

Feel this connection with Mother Earth grounding and nourishing energy and from this space,

From your roots start taking deeper and deeper inhales and slower exhales.

You can start breathing in through the nose and then out through your mouth gently,

Releasing all the tension.

Open your hearts to receive all the healing,

Open the hearts to connect to the light,

Divine light of love and peace.

Keep your breath nice,

Slow and steady,

Keep your breath deep,

Deep as the ocean,

We are connecting to those energies of Earth,

Of the majestic ocean,

Of calming and nourishing Earth,

Of the vast sky,

As vast as your imagination can be in your power of creation.

With each breath open your heart more and more and surrender slowly to the feminine divine power.

Each one of us is holding this power,

This sacred feminine energy,

It comes from the Earth,

It comes from our Divine Mother,

It comes from the highest goddesses and the angels that are supporting us with each step and each breath.

Feel this lovely feminine light surrounding you,

Our feminine energy is so,
